Do not use this website it’s a total scam
Cancel my order when questioned the authenticity of the goods and kept the money.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I can’t believe any of the 5 star reviews on here are real either. More like fake accounts that are set up to con you out of money

DO NOT use this retailer. A number of issues.
1. Paid for faster delivery took longer than expected and what is promised.
2. The product I have a been sold is completely unauthentic and fake.
3. Making a refund is near impossible. Website mentions 30 days and I have had 3 separate responses offering me different values of partial refund as a gesture of goodwill going from 20%, then 40% and my most recent email from them they are now offering 30%. Very bizarre.
Please do not use this retailer.

These are fake goods sent from deepest darkest China. Do not buy, you have been warned.

Stay away from this website as all the clothing is not authentic and shipped straight from CHINA!
The phone number is blag on the website and refunds are hard to come by.

I ordered two polo shirts for my husband, when they eventually arrived they were too small, have emailed the company (five times now) to try to return them for larger size or refund but get the same reply first offering 20% refund, then 30% now 40%. I feel there is no chance of getting a refund or larger size, I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. Also telephone not ringing out. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Tried to cancel immediately for a refund after order no response to their email also their number doesn’t work.
Note they did respond nearly two days late and told me I’m only entitled to a 80% refund due to “labels” and “transportation fees” I’m furious as I let them know by email to cancel immediately.

Received my ordered today, and I'm thrilled! The shipping took a bit longer, but it's NOT a scam. The items are as described, and the packing was great. If you're patient, it's worth it!

I purchased a Lindeberg polo that is quite obviously a fake, raised my concerns and was promised a genuine replacement and a 20% refund, neither have materialised as of yet.

Promised a refund and 2 weeks later still not had it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a J. Lindeburg vest. Didn't realise (wish I'd looked at more reviews!) that it would be coming from China and when it did eventually arrive it is very clearly fake - poor quality and no internal labels. I emailed J. Lindeburg and they confirmed Golf Cai are not a stockist of their clothing. Now going backwards and forwards with customer services to get my money back, so far they've offered me 20%, 30%, back to 20 then to 40, back to 30 again and today 50% refund. So they clearly don't read them properly. When I asked about their returns policy and a full refund they sent me an address in China, where I'm not sending it as it will cost me and probably disappear. luckily paid on my credit card so I'll claim it back that way.

DO NOT ORDER! THEY ARE FAKE GOODS AND WILL NEVER REFUND!

Please do not order from this company. After realising my order would be coming from China, and would be fake. I cancelled with in the 2hours stated on the website.
My odred is cancelled, they are charging me a 20% cancellation free. Apparently for printed labels and shipping. Nowhere on the site states this. This company is a scam.

I did reach out to you. You still charged me £27. The phone number doesn't even ring. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I bought the J.Lindeberg Skort from this company, and I love it! It’s comfortable, high-quality, and perfect for my golf games. It kept me feeling cool and stylish on the course. I’d love to see golfcai offer jackets for women with the colder months ahead. Great product and shopping experience!

I recently bought a few golf shirts from this store, and the quality is outstanding! The fabric feels luxurious, and the fit is just right for the course. Although the shipping took a bit longer, it’s definitely worth it for the excellent quality at a great price.
