This is an outstanding product. If anything over engineered! If you spend your money on this rucksack as a business professional, stylish yet practical product to replace any alternative you will not be disappointed!

My two favourite features are the way it sits perfectly on your back ridgid enough to keep strong posture but by no means uncomfortable due to the mesh ergonomic padding over the spine of the bag.

And secondly, the marvel of engineering that allows the romantic bag to stand upright wherever you place it, WITHOUT RESTING. This makes accessing the contents that is usually laptop or iPad seamless and less likely to damage these items over time

The backpacks they sell are very good quality, that much is obvious, but they can’t compete with similar products at greatly reduced prices, particularly during a sale season. I returned the one I bought in favor of a better deal from another company. In order to do so I had to get in touch with customer services. There’s only an email address, no number to call and seemingly only one person (Bev) who deals with this. She was very helpful and gave me the relevant steps in order to process the return though. I don’t like how they rely on google forms to do this though - I had to set up a new gmail account just to do this! For such a high end product, I expected better.

Great product, well thought out and feels very high quality. Delivered next day having placed order at 4pm.

Great product but never got to me. Item was showing out for delivery but all of a sudden it said can’t deliver. This was a gift for my dad’s birthday which I ordered on a next day! Now no gift for dad and out of pocket £210.00 pounds. Gutted and had to look like an idiot. Reached out to customer service who acknowledged my email then went quiet! Thanks

Good travel backpack well built and with lots of spaces expansion is good but would benefit from a bit more capacity for a 3 day trip

Top quality brand.

Returned my bag a month ago and hadn’t heard anything about a refund being processed. I had to contact myself to ask about the refund which was then quickly given back. Shouldn’t need to chase after your own money

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering.
My previous one, I had bought the first year they came out so its done pretty well, elastic has lost its umph but I reckon its 10 years.
Anyway new one look nice and tight and looking forward to another 10 years.
