I got Gomatic travel pack, based mostly on Chris Wiliamsons recommendations. As he described the back pack is a well thought through product. It's actually purpose built, spacious and stylish. Also, comfortable to carry.

Expensive, however purchased via a Gomatic sale online. A well made rucksack with lots of storage.

Had to buy the McKinnon Accessory Straps (Set of 2) because they just don’t send it with the £300 Mckinnon camera backpack. They force you to pay extra £12. Prob cost them less than £3 to make it. So why not provide it with the backpack? Or at least one strap? Unbelievable! What a greedy company! Also bought a medium backpack Rain Cover. They’ve sent a very dirty and already opened package. The rain cover was all dirty as if someone had already used. Product is awful comes with a small bag all stitched together. Charged you almost £15 for something that costs £2 max. Very difficul to open and put the cover back. I was so mad that the product went straight to the bin, just didn’t bother returning it. Extra hassle for nothing. That was the order from their website. I also ordered a Gomatic filter case through another vendor and the zippers don’t work properly. So what to say…they’ve just lost a client.

The toilet bag is just what I was looking for as I do a lot of traveling. The only this for given this 3 stars is that we in the UK cant get the Carry-on Classic or any of the Apparel produces. When will this be available in the UK?

Bought a 20 litre travel pack as a surprise present for my husband. He really likes it. Superb quality and design. Excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Disappointed with Gomatic about Lifetime guarantee. I received a gift and made an registration on their website. The inside pocket of the backpack broke. Since 19.09, they have not been able to replace it. I asked stupid questions such as. Can you tell me where I live and where my receipt is? Is my complaint form filled out with all of this information? I am extremely disappointed and will avoid them in the future! Although it claims to be a lifetime guarantee, it's not!

Terrible support, never on live chat, and generally unhelpful. Buy an AER product, much cheaper, better quality and a lot more helpful.

Does this site even have customer service? No response on emails - chose express shipping but nothing has been shipped after 3 days. Asked for a refund, no response. Avoid at all cost please

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a bag 10 days ago, it still hasn’t been shipped. Have sent them over 10 emails now. I got first response yesterday, regarding A DIFFERENT ORDER ALL TOGETHER.

There is no contact number, only one email address, that seems to have maybe one person looking at it.

Awful awful service.

After purchasing the PM travel bag I was stoked when they released the every day bag. The bag came and I noticed the zips they advertised were not on the inside of the bag and I was offered a replacement bag, kind of annoying or petty I thought but they prided themselves on these cool zips.

So the 2nd bag came yesterday and the button for "the loft" was not attached, it looks crushed and won't do up. Emailed GOMATIC again and they offered me a 10% refund as they have no replacement parts and was not offered a replacement bag. For a £370 bag I really dont expect anything to be wrong twice.

Customer Service was quick at sorting it out, the build quality is good but how did I get 2 faulty bags in a row.

Overall the bag is great and I can't knock the rest of it. Just wish there was better quality control and I know thats hard to do when things are made in other countries and you can't check everyone of them. I guess it's just my luck.
