SCAM, as per all the other bad reviews, shame I didn’t check on here first, lesson learnt!! They did send a remote, however it doesn’t work at all. Tried to return it only to have all the problems listed above in other reviews. So annoying they basically get your money and fob you off with returns. Bought another LG remote from Amazon which works perfectly.

Unlucky for me I didn’t see these reviews when I ordered from this site. The remote did not work at all. They make it so hard for you to return asking you to take a photo of the remote with your old remote. I have sent it back but received no refund and now all emails have gone unanswered. It looks like I am not getting a refund. I don’t know how this company is getting away with selling rubbish and taking peoples money. I have lost out in £25 and stil no remote! KEEP well away don’t end up being scammed and having ti write a review like this!

I actually read some of these reviews after I ordered my replacement control and was concerned I’d have problems. So I was very pleasantly surprised when my remote arrived within a week and seems to work perfectly on all the buttons. I did contact the company a few days after ordering to check on delivery and they responded quickly. Hopefully they’ve sorted out any issues customers may have had in the past.

Appalling service. They provided a remote which does not work. I have contacted them to obtain a Returns Number so I can return the remote to them, initially they asked for me to send a photo of the remote, which I've done, but they have still not issued me with a return number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Would give zero if I could. Remote was slow to arrive and did not work, all I get from the company is more emails asking for more information. What can they possibly need beyond "it doesn't work"?!? Wish I'd read the reviews on this site. I was trying to avoid Amazon!

ordered a remote which is quite expensive for my lg oled tv (with gesture/ mouse control), but it won't connect to the TV.
Customer service is not responding to my emails at all.
Waste of 35 pounds basically.

Ordered a remote and it came within 10 days. It works. Didn’t expect it to arrive or be working after reading the reviews on here. Got an email to say item had shipped with a tracking link. Well packed and kept up to date of parcel progress. Happy to give 5 stars.

Ordered a Sharp TV remote. Remote did not work. Although they stated that products are genuine, they are not. FAKE. Customer service constantly requesting photos and refusing tonoffer refund. Customer service taking days to respond. I have escalated to PayPal and store and sending replica emails. Do not use this company.

Ordered a replacement LG remote which was clearly a fake replica and cost more than a genuine LG remote, I later discovered. When it arrived it did not work. Really strange reply from company about two weeks later asking me to send pictures of defective remote. Then asked to send the defective remote to what appears to be a residential address in Spalding at my own cost. Still awaiting a refund and have ordered the genuine LG remote in meantime. £30 wasted. Avoid like the plague.

If i could give 0 i would. Rubbish, rubbish and rubbish. I have email them with all the information that there want and now there are asking for the back of the old remote which as nothing on it. I sent it just another delay tactic. The customer service is poor. i should have read the reviews which i do usual. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Devious, useless, and economical with the truth.
Lots of useless emails, but awful tracking and still have not got the remote after two weeks.

The remote I received isn't the same as the one I ordered, and although it does work with my Samsung TV the quality is poor and it looks like a cheap Chinese manufactured knock-off. Press the navigation buttons once and more often than not it registers twice and skips over what you actually want to land on, very annoying. I've given them 2 stars because something resembling a Samsung smart TV remote did arrive fairly quickly and it does work(ish) but I certainly won't be buying anything from them again. Based on the other reviews I don't think there's much point trying to contact the website to get a replacement. Disappointing.

Goodremotes customer service appears to be a combination of deny and ignore once you find out the product doesn't work to its full specification and attempt to discuss. Out of the £30 it appears I have wasted the scroll wheel can now be used to repair my old remote. Avoid them like the plague

Awful experience. They try and blame everything on you whereas in reality the remote is a poor imitation remote of the one you thought you were ordering

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering, ordered a remote and straight away emailed to cancel the order, didn’t hear anything, sent a follow up email and three days later received an email to say that it had been shipped and it was to late to cancel

I purchased a remote control for my faulty Humax FOXSAT-HDR RM-F01.
The listing on the website states its a direct replacement for the RM-F01, RM-FO4 AND RM-E06. Eventually got the remote from them after 15days shipping, but when i started using it i found out that some of functions didn't work as they should. Spent 5 days then asking for a RMA number to return it, but found out that the company is in China so the cost to return it for a refund would be more money out of pocket. So decided to cut my losses and recycle it in Electronic waste
