Was apprehensive after reading these reviews but ordered, 10 days later received a good working remote for my Bose Wave for half the price of an original. How long it'll last only time will tell but happy in the meantime.
Terrible customer service
Ordered a remote that does not work, got told I would receive a refund then later got told that’s not happening and to wait for further emails, when asked what I was having to wait for they emailed back without answering the question, again being told to wait for further emails. Faulty goods, terrible customer service. I wish I’d have read some reviews before ordering!

Ordered an LV magic remote 3 weeks ago. Whenever you email the company it’s the same response “it’s been sent” fortunately I paid by PayPal and they are investigating. Good remotes is truly a shocking company to deal with. The epitome of rip off. Common crooks.

Ordered a remote
Ordered a remote, arrived promptly but the item was faulty. The buttons did not work properly, were loose and got stuck when changing the volume. I emailed them to arrange a refund, they requested pictures of the remote, my old remote (why?! I didn't send this as it irrelevant), they queried whether I ordered the correct remote for the TV, even though I told them it worked for my TV. I sent them a video of the loose buttons, they then asked for a picture of the battery cover.. I have refused to send them anymore photos and think it looks like a refund through my Credit Card will be needed.
Useless - don't order, absolute scam!
UPDATE - Opened a case against them in PayPal, had the same questions of irrelevant pictures and videos. Escalated the issue to PayPal before the Case period ended and was closed in my favour.
Tried reporting to Trading Standards, but even though it's a UK website, their office is in China so they can't do anything.

Remote control did turn up another week later but was a cheap Chinese knock off - not the genuine article as advertised - and in Amazon packaging. I suspect a drop shipper. Avoid.

Cheap Chinese knock offs ,very slow delivery, when the remote eventually arrived it didn't work, felt cheap and was definitely not a genuine product as advertised. I have asked for a refund, after a few delayed email responses asking for further details all communication has stopped. Doubt I will ever see the money back.

I ordered 2 remotes for 2 Panasonic Freeview recorders about 3 weeks ago, very reasonably priced, one turned up in just over a week and the other about 3 weeks, both are working perfectly.

I bought a replacement DVD blu-ray Freeview player remote control and it worked straight away and I was glad to get rid of my old remote which was playing up a lot, I can only speak as I find and personally I have had no problem with goodremotes UK, I received my remote quite quickly, put the batteries in and it worked perfectly well, Hence 5 STARS

Ordered a new remote for our Samsung sound bar after our puppy chewed the old one. Submitted order on the 10th and arrived on the 19th. Works fine. Just had to put our own battery in. Have no complaints at all

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered a remote on 30/11/21 and have not yet received it. I have contacted the company several times and all i get is 'it has been dispatched, look at the tracking system '. The tracking system simply says that the company has dispatched the item. Before Christmas was also told to expect delivery in 5 to 10 days. They are not a uk company, avoid at all costs. I have asked for a refund, that has been ignored.

I ordered a remote for my TV. It arrived in 5 days without complaint. It didn't work. The customer service was quick to suggest ideas on how to make it work. Their email was suspect as their grammar and English was appalling. It still did not work. I asked for a refund twice and they suddenly stopped replying to my email. I will not use them again and recommend avoiding this company.
Correct remote, help inadequate.
I ordered and received the correct remote but could not make work the machine. After a few emails to and fro I was sent instructions and this is where I did not receive the help I needed, that's why the 3 stars. Finally I contacted Panasonic direct and I was talked through the setting up and the remote now works!

Placed an order for two Samsung remotes. Was concerned re the tracking number sent but the company was on the ball and too time for it to appear on the royal mail website (hence a 4 not a 5). Everything is better than expected.

They sent out a toy remote less than half the size of the original remote I thought I was purchasing, which surprise surprise doesn't work.
Have bombarded them with emails with one reply asking me to send pictures which I did, two weeks later absolutely nothing.
I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought the remote.
