Received faulty remote for Sony TV - actually dangerous, as started to heat up when I attempted to use it. Return policy was to send it back to China at a cost equivalent to purchase price in order to... See more

Avoid unless you start to see good business
I placed an order, I've not received it even though it's a month later.
PayPal case meant my money was refunded. They ignored my request for a refund via e-mail, which is why the PayPal case was opened.
What concerns me is you email this company and there are 3 seperate business e-mails that they may answer you on. All 3 are linked to 3 websites so this is a multi website operator where the websites are identical apart from logo and contact e-mail. If you don't agree with their wanted action, replacement sent instead of a refund, they ignore you.
When I looked at the transaction on PayPal it was clear this is a Chinese company. It is not clear on the website, especially on the ones ending Co.uk.
I genuinely don't know if this is a start up from someone inexperienced or a con. Things like the template privacy statement etc being incomplete etc could be a sign of either.
Reviews on trustpilot started appearing after I placed the order.
Remote supplied is not compatible with…
Remote supplied is not compatible with my tv. The website clearly states my model number but the compatibility list with the new remote does not match . No reply to emails. Waste of time - my advice is to buy original replacement.
Remote didn't pair with tv
Remote didn't pair with tv. They've refused to give a refund, despite advertising a 30 day money back guarantee. AVOID.
Rip Off Company …
Ordered a new remote that arrived but does not work. Told to send it back recorded ,it was signed for and still no refund and the ignore all my e mails. A complete rip off. Stay clear. They have more than one e mail address as I found out......
I have my credit card provider trying to get my money refunded.
Remote did not pair with my TV
Remote did not pair with my TV and no instructions received to be able to do this. After numerous emails asking for instructions/refund I am still waiting a month later. Avoid this company
Dont get caught
Cheap Chinese tat sent from China
(although not apparent from the website) and not a genuine LG Remote. IT doesnt work, the battery cover wont stay on and a refund had been ignored. I will now ask Mastercard to reclaim my money.
