Second year ordering a Xmas tree and both occasions have been very happy. We went for a bargain 6-9ft Nordmann Fir this year and it was delivered in 3 working days. A bigger tree than the previous year - we are limited with our small car so the local delivery is extremely useful! Quality tree and friendly service. Thank you & Merry Christmas

Revised review.
I still have not received my item and as it is for my granddaughter I am very disappointed not to have heard anything. Every day she asks if it has arrived. It is not good.
I have now spoken to Chris and found out that my parcel was delivered to a neighbour who has never passed it on to me. So I would like to say that Chris was in touch with me about this. So please disregard my previous review. I believe the problem was with the carrier who failed to put a card through my door stating where the parcel had been left. This would have saved a lot of bother to everyone.i will drginitely dhop with them again ss I was very impressed with how the problem was dealt with.

Thanks for the review. This is the first we have heard that your parcel hasn’t arrived? You placed the order on 29/10 and we dispatched it the following day in a next day service, so you should have received it by now. I will look into this for you. As I say, without being told you hadn’t received it, it’s hard for us to detect problems.
**UPDATE** - it transpires that the item was indeed delivered, but left with a neighbour who has failed to pass it on.

I will not be ordering anymore seeds because of cheap packaging and the seeds are not labelled so I don't know witch is what.

We send seeds out in jiffy bags, so I'm not sure what's happened here. Also, not sure what you mean about the seeds being not labelled? They are in normal retail packaging with the name of the seed, a picture of what the plant will ultimately look like and sowing instructions?
I wonder if you have bought some from elsewhere and got the two confused?
