Bought a Christmas tree which was…
Bought a Christmas tree which was listed as the wrong colour. Wanted green and it came white. I don’t think this has been changed on the website. I will say that the whole refund / pick up of the incorrect tree was good and handled quickly. A shame all in all because I had to go elsewhere for the tree I actually wanted!

I bought seeds
I bought seeds, only 2 had survived in delivery and the rest (2,3) were crushed in the packaging which was very simple and basic envelope. I have sown the two survived seeds and waiting for germination. Please provide better packaging. Thanks
