We’ve just moved into our first home and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gordon Associates. Matt was recommended by a friend who had used him before, and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty, but Matt guided us through the entire mortgage process with clear, honest advice and constant support.

He was always on top of everything and even managed to secure us a lower mortgage rate than we were initially offered which made a big difference for us as new homeowners.

Katie was also incredibly helpful, sorting out both our life insurance and building insurance. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had the right cover in place without any stress. Nothing ever felt rushed or salesy, just genuine help from people who care about getting it right.

I was recommended Matt by a friend, i have also recommended him to others and will continue to do so! He was fantastic through my whole buying experience, very helpful, friendly and clearly great at his job. I often felt like I had many stupid questions as I was a first time buyer but Matt was more than happy to take his time to go through things and explain them. He would follow things up and was always easy to get in contact with, he even had phone calls whilst he was away on a family holiday. Leaving your mortgage with Matt and his colleagues at Gordon associates is like leaving your kids with their grandparents. You know they will be taken care of. Matt managing our renewal has been seem less, and when first buying our house we were told by our previous advisor there was no chance of getting a property we wanted. We called Matt and he had a mortgage in principle within two weeks. Couldn’t recommend more.
