The best service, from start to finish. Matt was always on hand for any questions we had, whether being over the phone or email nothing was to much trouble. I could not recommend Gordan Associates enough and will using again in the future.

Gordon Associates were incredibly helpful when we used them for our remortgage. Our previous experience with another company was dreadful, so we were very worried about having to go through the process again. Very impressive and professional service from Gordon Asscociates. Our situation was not straight forward however, Matt made the whole process simple and streamlined. Matt and his team helped us with our mortgage, life and home insurance. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was tailored to the needs of our family. Buying a house can be a very stressful time however Matt made things much more manageable and was able to relate to our personal circumstances due to his extensive experience. He not only dealt with our mortgage but went completely above and beyond giving lots of advice on the other aspects involved with moving home and having an open line of communication with our solicitor making sure work was being completed.

As a first time buyer, I had no experience of the mortgage and buying process but Matt took the time to walk me through everything and explained things thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. I was over the moon just to get a house warming card from Gordon Associates so when arriving home today to a little moving in gift complete with a check list of things to remember and sort out I’m even more impressed.
