Gordon is a great guy and used to be very reliable but I have been very badly let down over recent months. I’ve been left for months with broken central heating. I have been patient and understanding but had nothing but broken promises and loads of excuses. Appears to be a victim of own success and now only wants to take on very big jobs which is fair enough but should have just told me that at the start rather than giving me the run around.

Need a plumber contact Gordon he knows his job, excellent service and comes highly recommended.

From consultation to installation, Gordon replied quickly to all my communication requests and follow up questions. He gave a range of options for my boiler replacement, explaining clearly the different boilers I could choose from. On the day of installation, all went as discussed. I really can’t fault his workmanship and he tidied up too! All round great experience so I have no hesitation in highly recommending GES.

We messaged Gordon one Tuesday evening after 6pm hoping to get someone out to have a look at fitting a new gas boiler and bathroom tap. Our 20 year old boiler had malfunctioned two days previously and we'd had no luck with other companies and at that point we were getting a little worried that we'd have no heat or hot water for some time. Gordon messaged straight back and came that very evening on his way back from another job. He explained about costs and makes of boilers and what would be best in our small home, he went out of his way to give us all the information we would need to make a decision. He said he would send the quotes the following day and he was true to his word, we chose an Atag boiler after reading some reviews of the company, with a 12 year warranty. Gordon came that same week to fit the new boiler and spent hours making sure everything was perfect and that we had heat and hot water. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fit the new tap as it was late but he came back to fit it after being ill for a few days. The boiler is amazing and works perfectly, it is certainly different to our old clunky one and the heat provided is amazing, we still can't believe it.

Gordon is a top man with good morales, he says what he means and does what he says. I really appreciate this method of business, it's nice to have someone go the extra mile for you and Gordon certainly did that. Very friendly and considerate. Many thanks for a brilliant job!

After getting new boiler fitted incorrectly(not by Gordon, other gas engineer) and having a gas leak and gas being capped I reached out to Gordon 7am in the morning to ask if he would have any availability soon to come out and help us fix the gas leak and he came out in the afternoon the same day. He not only fixed the gas leak and got us back to having heating but also advised about other stuff as well as kindly agreed to have a look at other issues we have had. I could not recommend Gordon enough, professional, friendly, trustworthy and also incredibly knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Gordon came to sort our boiler as we had ongoing issues with it since Christmas Day! He identified the issue and explained what he was doing along the way. He also went out of his way to keep the cost down and get our heating and hot water restored as soon as possible. Thank you for coming out so quickly & also explaining our best options going forward!

Exceptional service. A great bloke and felt confident and at ease having him fit a new ATAG boiler for me. A professional job very well done with little disruption. Very helpful, explained everything well and is very knowledgeable about the products. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and I highly recommend his service/work.

Gordon was really helpful and friendly and sorted out the problem quickly and safely. Also as we had just moved in, he was very knowledgable about the boiler and central heating system we had in place and had some good tips. Will certainly use him again.

Gordon put in a full central heating in for us last week, we are very pleased with it, the house is lovely and warm.Gordon was very professional and his work is excellent,the after care was also great he kept in touch with us afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. We had a problem with our boiler, it was leaking, and we needed a replacement quickly. Rang Gordon and he was with us within the hour, we discussed various options, he give us some indication of the various types of boilers and he quoted us for a ATAG Boiler, and once agreed the boiler was delivered on a Saturday and installed on the Sunday. The boiler was installed and working by teatime.
He was reliable, a good communicator, and took safety as a high priority and would recommend him.
The recommended boiler (ATAG) is proving to be very efficient and easy to use, excellent service will definitely have him back for our services.

Gordon has been an absolute godsend in helping us when our heating went off on the snowiest day this year.
He put safety 1st, gave us lots of options at different price points and fitted us ontop on the work he already had booked in to give us a fabulous new boiler and system.

Gordon fitted a new boiler for us and throughout was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Excellent workmanship and good communication throughout including after the job was done. Highly recommended

Came to fix our boiler which was showing several error codes. Gordon was able to keep us updated on his arrival and the parts needed. He explained what was wrong in simple but in professional terms. He checked everything was in working order before he left and then the next day.
I will be getting him back to service the boiler as his knowledge of the boiler was very comprehensive

We arrived back from holiday, and our boiler was dead.
