Gordon installed our new bathroom having taken out the old one. He has done an absolutely fantastic job and has exceptional attention to detail.

We have him lined up to do our en suite!

He is very professional and knowledgeable but most of all is a great lad. Jasper our cockapoo misses him..!

Brilliant job done by Gordon replacing our old boiler and moving it upstairs. Although a big job there was little mess as he took the time to cover everything. Such a lovely guy and explained everything along the way. I’m so happy with our boiler system now and the shower is amazing. I would highly recommend Gordon for any boiler work and more. Gordon came out on night I rang him. Ended up with new boiler fitted within the week. Worked the whole day so I had heating and hot water. Great guy would recommend.

Gordon came out the same day and sorted our boiler out (blockage inside boiler), especially grateful as I have two children under two and had no heating or hot water. Really friendly and up front with his prices, which is always good to have.

Excellent and prompt service from Gordon, had a minor problem with my boiler which I thought was gonna be major, explained a few things that could be wrong, talked through exactly what he was doing and why, also gave me knowledge about boilers and heating systems, absolutely fantastic service, problem was sorted quickly but still double checked everything was working, I will definitely use him in the future and

This tradesman is a genuine legend. He went way above and beyond to make sure we are warm this winter.
Last winter we found we had a dripping boiler, he came out within 10 hours to repair it. To keep it going through the winter.
We knew we needed a new boiler but he fixed it so we had time to get money together. When we did he came out and told us about the varying benefits of different boilers and which one would give us the best energy efficiency. We ended up with the Tado, which we got Gordon to install. Gordon was quick, friendly and super efficient, and very tidy and explained everything in easy terms so it was understandable. Gordon is extremely courteous and put’s the needs of his customers first, even giving us extra energy money saving tips, and his pricing is very competitive and reasonable too. We have zero hesitation on recommending this company you won’t be disappointed. Wish I could give the company 10 stars!

I found GES via a local Facebook page were he was highly recommend by the community. Gordon came out during a busy winter period to attend our leaky boiler. With positive can do attitude he set about the task and resolved all our issues. I would use this service again and highly recommended to anyone else.

Gordon really got us out of a mess, -4 degrees and no heating Gordon came as promised quickly diagnosed the problem,ordered the part and got us up and running.Gordon was professional yet friendly and I can recommend him 100% I’ve asked him back to carry out further work.

We had a boiler installed in June 2022. Gordon was our second port of call only because we did not know he was living in the same village as ourselves. We were let down by another local business which I will not go into detail about. Fortunately for us. We asked him to call out and give us a quote he called next day discussed what we needed and listened to what we wanted out of a boiler. We had a quote within 2days even though there was no rush. Out of the 5 quotes we chose a one with 14yr warranty the Atag for piece of mind.
Not the cheapest not the dearest. He would have installed a less expensive system but we chose the Atag.
It was installed very quickly and efficiently no mess even put protective covering over our stair carpet. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and gives the customer what they want.
We had need to give him a call due to the fact for some reason our internet dropped out over night and would not reconnect to our heating system.
We could operate heating manually but not via the app.
Gordon gave advice over the phone within hours and called personally within 24 hours he reset the system and all is fine.
One word of warning he likes bean to cup coffee especially making it himself.
Please call him don’t hesitate he will help.
I am in business myself and can tell when someone likes his work. Finally just do it.

Called Gordon with a boiler problem. He came out the same day, he fully explained the fault and got my boiler up and running in no time!

I highly recommend purchasing the Atag combi boiler. It's worth looking into to save on energy prices. Since I had the boiler installed, I have noticed a massive saving on energy prices. I also, upgraded on all the radiators too. This has made a big difference heating up the house. I find I only need to turn on the heating for an hour in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening. The house stays warmer for much longer than the boiler I had before. My energy bills have reduced massively, I am actually in credit of over £300 with my supplier. Thank you Gordon, for explaining the great advantages of having the Atag combi boiler. ,😊
