Easy to use, and roll over to the new tax year

The whole app makes a tax return as simple as possible, especially when reusing for a succeeding year as useful information and details appear in the sections you need.

User friendly and makes it easier to face the whole process

One property, non resident landlords, the process was simple and straightforward.
For a couple you'll still need to submit two returns but the price for the second 'user' is significantly discounted.
Great service and price.

Super simple to use and actually saved me money thanks to it's helpful suggestions.

Having done paper returns since 1980 I had to resort to an online company assisted solution due to the need to submit in a hurry and being non resident. Once I got the hang of their system I was quite impressed. Not only did I discover my previous returns were partly flawed but the AI assistant was surprisingly very helpful and informative. Even when I needed human assistance this was provided promptly - even on a Sunday. Well done - a good product.

Very easy to use, with very good support materials and help documentation. The chat bot worked brilliantly in answering a fairly complex question. Only frustration was a display glitch in one of the screens, but did not prevent me from submitting my form to HMRC. As someone who needs to submit a SA109 this is a great alternative to hiring an accountant

It was easy and all previous data was transferred - this also speeds up the process.
In the number of years I've used GoSimpleTax this is the case but each year the fees increase. It is now more than many competitors......

It was easier than I thought,much easier than doing it on the actual gov.uk website.

Go Simple is far more positive than the HMRC´s Double Negative if not Triple Negative questions.

Nevertheless the link to Residency documents is still badly presented and lacks help assistance.

However after about 4 attempts I got a successful run through which fitted the jigsaw together

Very disappointing that they changed their services* without clear communication to existing customers.
Particularly when they make you prepay in April for the following January's form submission.

(*no longer providing tax experts to check you have filled in your form correctly).

Brilliant, easy to use.

This is our third year using go simple tax and we will use it again next year. It is great value for money especially as we were paying an accountant for two, quite straightforward tax returns.
The help section is brilliant and messages are answered promptly if you need to speak to someone.
I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do their tax return quickly and easily.
