From the initial phone call with agent Thomas Pullen, we felt that everything was explained to us in an easy simple way, there was no pressure on us at all, we did not have to spend much time finding the relevant information required to achieve a refund on our Capital Allowances Claim- Zeal handled every detail on our behalf. So disappointed with the outcome of this , in the beginning we was told of massive tax savings, that we’d get a rebate on the previous years tax , and as stated in the engagement letter zeal is suppose to prep and submit the reports to hmrc , there was bad communication between us, the valuation report that was made was wrong even down to the house plan , the numbers with in that report was ridiculously wrong , my accountant was being left to submit the information to hmrc which is what zeal should of been doing , I ended up paying the termination fee just to end the agreement between us and zeal as I’d lost all my confidence with zeal

Total scam do not ever answer any calls or answer emails this to this bogus scam . as soon as you reply they continually harass and call continually, they have scamed me out of thousands , they do not get you tax ever but will charge you thousands to tell you the will ,
