The worst moving company ever. DO NOT USE THEM!

We used Grace 3 times before, this was the second international move so we thought we knew what to expect, but how wrong we were.

Care seized the moment the full amounts was paid. Staff did not perform their duties. Inventory was a mess. Wrapping was never completed. The rep never checked in, 18 boxes or items never arrived, boxes and wrapped items was opened, not by customs, delivery took twice as long as quoted while our belongings were just sitting in their warehouse for no reason.

Do not use them, they are the worst!

Grace is a highly trustworthy moving company with an excellent overall service experience. Their staff members are responsible and promptly respond to enquires. There are no additional charges, and the transportation and handling of furniture are also done with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Grace Removals was excellent. Quick, efficient, respectful of my property. The removalists were friendly and courteous. It was an easy, non stressful process. I would recommend Grace Removalists to anyone that has to move and wants their property returned in one piece.

Services provided in Australia were excellent although the goods packing listing could have been better with a little more time/effort. Adelaide office & depot staff were very helpful throughout the process.
Quotation was not the cheapest but overall was competitive.

The collection and delivery personnel were courteous and obliging showing no arrogance or impatience!

The removalists team on both ends were amazing, super friendly and helpful.

Whilst I wasn't expecting the initial cost, once the 2 lads arrived and did everything perfectly WITHOUT one issue it was well worth every cent... 💯 hassle free and spot on.
Would highly recommend and would NOT move again with anyone else...

Moving to another country can be a traumatic experience, however Grace Removals Group made it seem so easy. They provided a seamless service from initial contact and pick-up in Adelaide through to delivery of possessions by Asian Tigers Group in Thailand. Communication was excellent during all stages in the process and staff were very responsive to queries.

After selling our home with a settlement of 14 day time was super important. We contacted several removalist and found Grace were the company that worked in with us the best.

So, unpacking to bench is complimentary? So, if we forget to do it and leave you high and dry, we didn't really make a mistake? Please! I may be wrong but, most fair minded people would call that a fail?
We have moved around the country a number of times with Grace and found this experience really disappointing. For the above reason and:

1. Microwave left behind in Adelaide
2. Constantly hounded with no answers to our questions because they couldn't 'find' my companies part of the payment that was there the whole time..."oh, we didn't look there".
3. 15-20 day transit from Adelaide to Toowoomba, my company gets containers from Perth in 5-7 days
4. Because our load was 1 and a 1/2 containers there was no guarantee of the second 'load' arriving at the same time. At time of quote we had 1 container?
The experience made, what is a stressful experience, nearly traumatic. Not only will I not use you again but, I'll recommend that my company uses extreme caution in taking on your services.

Friendly staff, both admin and removal crews. The only company that bothered to send anyone out to check out the job

The Team, headed by Jason, were brilliant in all respects. We have moved with Grace on a number of occasions over the last ten or twelve years and on each occasion we have found no fault in the services they have provided.

We would definitely recommend Grace if you would like a company who cares about your belongings. They came to our home to assess our needs and quote. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and our furniture was removed, stored and delivered with care into our new home. AAA rating.

Grace were very professional up until the moment we signed the contract, then they couldn’t care less about us. Our contact with our removalist stopped and we could barely get any information out of them, and when we did they were rude and snarky. We were promised help and support and we haven’t been given any of it at all. Our move was very stressful. We were told our container would likely be shipped within a month but it took 4 months just to be put on a ship and we are still awaiting its arrival. We are so disappointed.

There are so many better companies to use. This one doesn’t care at all so use someone else! I regret using them and won’t use them again.

Vikki and I ( John ) sold our property in Victor Harbor South Australia faster than we expected in April 23 and rushed to find a property in our price range in North Queensland. ( wanted to get away from those freezing winters ) We looked at all the moving companies including the self pack container companies. It wasn't that difficult to pick out the fake glowing review from the real ones. (So I just want to say this is a genuine review.) In the end who do you trust all your worldly possession to? We gave Grace a shot purely by chance and found by surprise that they were were able accept payment at settlement of our property. A real bonus for us as we were skint until settlement . Most of our furniture is heavy Indian and Asian one of pieces and a pain in the A to move. We culled a lot but still ended up with one and a half containers. The grace boys would have had a few aches and pains after packing loading and unloading this lot. They never complained.
Grace did everything for us in an extremely stressful time trying work out - accommodation, pet accommodation, cleaning the property for handover etc. I can't recommend them enough. We checked the prices of self pack containers and the price difference was minimal. I think if we had gone down the self pack track we would still in Victor Harbor screaming at each other. I don't know about other Grace experiences but for Vik and me, Grace get the big thumbs up and 10/10. My only regret is that we didn't fill up the second container instead of getting rid of the many things we could now use here. Any way if in doubt what to do I'd say get onto Grace.

From planning, to surveying to the actual move, I was really happy with how Grace managed my move. The staff on the planning side always returned my calls and emails quickly and were accomodation. The staff that came to pack and unpack my belongings were super professional and also really friendly. I would absolutely use Grace Removalists again and would recommend them to anyone wanting to move interstate
