Consistently good food. Additionally if you have any specific requests you can speak to them. On both occasions that I have need special joints they have obtained them for me.

The meat I have been receiving is always tender and beautiful flavour.

I'm not sure why trustpilot says this company has breached guidelines and aren't to be trusted.
After using farmison for a very long time and them selling out it's customers without warning as they sold out to Donald Russell which I don't rate either.
I'd used a couple others and just couldn't get on with them.
The burgers were flattened to an inch of its life making them tough and not very flavourful I decided to try Craig's.
I've just had the burgers and yum just as good as farmison before Donald Russell.
I've not tried the lamb and mince yet but if the burgers are anything to go by I'm looking forward to it.

Well laid out website, easy to navigate. Good range of organic and wild products. I've ordered before from Graig farm and found their products are of excellent quality and good value for money, especially the bulk buys.

The ordering and delivery process was straightforward and communication was good. The meat was individually packaged and was super tasty. So good to know there are no nasties in it.

My Son ordered the steak and burgers, price was very good for Organic and the steaks 🥩 are beautiful. Will be buying again. Package 📦 is brilliant and they come like they’re in a little fridge! 10/10

The order was made on Sunday with the option to deliver on Tuesday, which was chosen. Then they sent an email with apologies about the delay. So it’s supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Later another email was sent about the further delay towards Thursday. Then I replied, asking to cancel the order, but didn’t get any response. On Wednesday I decided to give them a call and to ask personally to cancel the order. They were polite and friendly, explained the reason for the delay. It was snow and I fully understood. They said they can cancel the order but it would be lovely if I didn’t. So I didn’t and the order was finally delivered on the 8th of January. But, 4 packages out of 5 had expiry date the 7th, one day before the actual delivery. It’s unacceptable. I can understand the weather condition but I can’t understand how it is possible to deliver expensive product, already expired, particularly meat. I can’t afford to throw away such an expensive meat and really hope I won’t contract any disease. Certainly I am not going to give it to my children.

Meat from graig farm is always well butchered and tasty. We eat it as often as we can afford to. Definitely one of the best organic butchers and we have tried quite a few others.
