Top quality product.

The product are first class plus delivery is well organised.

Product quality is superb. Delivery is convenient and well communicated.

Great Quality and choice with fast delivery too

the difference between organic and the run of the mill super store meat is amazing i would not go back now.

Cons:
* Both beef & lamb steaks/chops are really tough and not especially flavoursome. No better & occasionally worse than Tesco finest. One delivery of lamb was so chewy I couldn’t eat it. Just not worth the cost. I’ve given up on them except for occasional stewing pieces.
* Burgers are near tasteless
* Customer service has been ZERO. Two unanswered emails.
* Overnight delivery isn’t guaranteed & one delivery arrived defrosted - very worrying with meat.
* Each time I’ve ordered the smallest chicken they offer but always get one larger. It costs more, it’s a lot of meat, and they don’t fit into my air fryer. Although I appreciate they can only give out what they have & I’d rather get a chicken than not, it’s still inconvenient and I don’t understand why the smaller size is never available.

Pros:
* Chicken is the best - very flavoursome, tender. Nothing in local supermarkets can compare
* Great to have access to organic offal.

I’ve had 5 deliveries so I’ve had a good chance at testing their products. So mixed feelings & it’s only the chicken that keeps me going back. I won’t be buying during the Summer as there’s no way I’ll chance meat defrosting & going warm!

Company called to organise another delivery date when the driver was unable to deliver the first time. I use this farm quite often for my Organic meats, the produce is unbelievably great quality and you can taste the difference as opposed to super market meats. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The only down side is the delivery service, after missing the first delivery I updated the note to advise to deliver to my neighbour, the driver left a box of meat on my doorstep in the sun. Thankfully we were not far away so drove home, this is the 2nd occasion thry have done this, the 1st time it was zero temperature outside so product not spoiled, but it could have been and also could have been stolen. However I'll still use the farm as products so wonderful.

Tasty organic meat, no nonsense, direct from uk farmers. Online ordering is easy, free delivery is appreciated, but most of all you can’t beat the quality and taste from happy animals organically grown in wales.

This is a wonderful company who sell top quality produce, everything we ever order is delicious. Yes the cost appears high but the meat is so well trimmed and deboned you only pay for what you can eat and we always compare it to what you would have to pay in a restaurant for a steak or duck breast etc and then it seems cheap! Customer service is excellent too.

The quality of the meat, presentation and delivery were all excellent. This is the third time we have bought from Graig Farm and each time the purchase was for a gift (Christmas and Birthday) and the recipients have told me how much they enjoyed delicious 'feast'. The only problem this last time was with delivery charges to Scotland, which are decided by the carrier and to my mind not clearly explained on the website. There needs to be a banner at the top of the page or an automatic tie-in to the checkout. However, after discussion (I was only notified on the 7th April, thus 24 hours before the Birthday delivery and not on the 2nd when I ordered) Sally agreed to 'carry the charges', which would have put a 20% additional fee on my bill. I will definitely be ordering again but now am aware of the delivery charges and will adjust my order accordingly.

Been buying gluten free sausages from Graig Farm for years. Top quality, no preservatives and easy ordering and delivery process. It is inexpensive but worth it so 5 stars from me.

Good: very high quality organic meat, with the option for much of it to be packed in butcher's paper. Bulk buys and special offers.

Not so good: sold out of nitrate-free organic bacon.
Sold out of liver. (But that is probably good for your business, so well done!)
