Could not rate the service high enough. From when we walked into the show room, to the installation, we were kept informed and updated through every step. Sam the fitter was polite, explained what he was going to do and left the kitchen spotless once he had finished.
Lovely people to talk to and you never felt pressured in to buying a product.

From the initial inquiry, through the home survey, template making and fitting, the service was highly professional. Kept to all timescales given, delivering and installing a superb quality product which will last for years.
On the installation day Jamie and Tony arrived promptly, completed the installation without fuss and thoroughly cleared away after they'd finished.

The Trend fitter Jamie arrived on time and did a fantastic job.He was in our home for 2 days and completed the job in a professional and polite manner. Took all waste away and cleaned up after completing the job.We had new worktops, cupboard doors, sink and hob, all professionally fitted with no hassle.The worktops and cupboard doors are top quality and good value for money. From start to finish the whole process was very good and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Trend and Jamie.

We had been looking into various options for the refurbishment of our kitchen which is getting on for 17 years old. The cabinet carcasses are in good condition so we were considering just replacing the worktops and getting the cabinet doors and drawer fronts resprayed to avoid having to send everything to landfill.

After we visited the showroom in Maidstone we became convinced that getting a quartz overlay worktop was the best way forward. At the initial survey, Jamie offered excellent advice and left us with a quote without any pressure to make a purchase. The estimate seemed to offer good value, bearing in mind the work to be done and so we went ahead. Paul came to do the templating and was extremely helpful, suggesting ways in which the initial plan could be improved, for no extra charge.

As it turned out, Paul returned again a few weeks later to carry out the installation, which was completed in a day. He worked extremely hard and his workmanship was first class. We are delighted with the final result.

The staff at Trend/Granite Transformations gave us very good customer service throughout the process and we would happily recommend the company to our friends and family.

I had my quartz worktops and kitchen sink fitted by Peter yesterday and I am over the moon with the quality of the workmanship carried out, I would highly recommend Trend Transformations.

We chose to have new paintable cupboard doors and drawer fronts fitted by Trend Transformations. The company was very efficient in keeping us informed of visits to discuss, measure and fit the new doors and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our kitchen is transformed!

Alice and Steve made the experience of booking the work really straightforward and easy. From measuring to finish it was completed within three weeks.

Sam and Jo who fitted the kitchen were really polite and explained a lot about the work and the aftercare. They both worked really quickly and were very clean and tidy within my house. The result has been transformational.

Excellent service from design to fitting. The new granite work surfaces and sinks in our kitchen and utility room have been transformational. Special mention must be made to our fitter, Billy, who worked his socks off all day and was friendly and polite too. Nice job and no hesitation inn recommending.

Great fitter attention to detail and what we wanted

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the fitter Billy couldn't have been more clean and tidy and very helpful. He is a credit to the company.

We recently had our kitchen worktops replaced by Trend and are very happy with the final look. We had some issues over a splashback behind the cooker, but this was eventually resolved to our satisfaction.
I would advise any prospective buyer to ensure every detail they want is clearly recorded in the written estimate.
The fitters were extremely pleasant and worked hard to complete the task. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up any of their mess.
