The work was good
The work was good, however, Just after work was completed I visited your showroom and explained that there were very small tiny holes in the surface, which you said your serviceman would visit me, but it never happened, therefore I understand that you do not have a good after-sales service that you told me about when you convinced me to buy your product!

After a delayed start, the work went ahead, and we must say it was finished to a very high standard.We had our kitchen worktops done,we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kitchen upgrade
We have had new kitchen cupboard doors and an induction hob fitted. At a later time we had a granite composite worktop and sink unit fitted. We are very pleased with the result. The standard of workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

Customer service certainly needs improving not great, till a certain lady took over then good .

After having are work surfaces done and…
After having are work surfaces done and After a while we noticed that the joins started to show which we were told would not happen. After contacting there representative from Trend he asked for photos in which we sent , he said the joins were unacceptable and he would contact his installations department and they would contact us and they haven't. I again tried to contact the representative but response. We are still waiting to hear from Trend Transformations.

Our “new” kitchen.
We are very pleased with our “new “ kitchen having just had our tops and backs replaced. Sam our fitter was excellent and even though he took longer than was originally planned, not his fault, he has done a splendid job. The product quality is very good and we hope it lasts a long time.

I had transformations do my kitchen…
I had transformations do my kitchen worktops. When i extended the kitchen space i had transformations come back and match up the worktops. They was clean professional and arrived on time. I will defo use again in the future

I found the fitter very efficient but…
I found the fitter very efficient but had no real warning of how disruptive it would be on the day of installation. The rep didn’t remind me of the dust produced as I would have moved things from the tops in the kitchen. Having said the negative I’m very pleased with the product and would give that 5 stars.

NEW KITCHEN WORTOPS
We had our worktops replaced but it was 6 years ago. However, we were very pleased with the service we received the fitter was excellent and our worktops stil look as good as new.
Definitely would recommend.
