John was brilliant very helpful & kind made a briilant job of eveything considering all the problems with fridge & sink which help the job up ,your communications needs sorting which would help get the job done without any hassle to the customer. To many phone calls to and fro which made the job longer and more stressful.

New kitchen worktop fitted this week by Steve, he is very polite, professional, efficient and left the kitchen clean and tidy when he left. He cracked on with the job and never stopped. We had a slightly complicated plumbing system under our sink and between himself and a colleague they managed to sort it out and install the new sink and tap. Worktop looks fantastic and will definatley recommend.

Steve was absolutely brilliant. Worked really hard, nice guy, even when things went a bit wrong with the sink (our fault, not his!) he just got it sorted, even calling in an extra pair of hands. Love the result, looks amazing and we’re really happy with everything

The fitting was second to none. We were pleased with the way the work was carried out and totally happy with the finished job.

First class work by Ben the fitter ,his attention to detail was very good and the finish is just what we wanted .Although it’s a bit expensive it was a good substitute to having the kitchen ripped out ,and if it lasts as stated then we would recommend it to anyone .

We had our kitchen doors and panels replaced by Trend, We are very pleased with the work that John who was the installer has completed. It took two days to complete with very little disruption to us he was very clean and tidy all the time. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We were fooled by the looks of the showroom at Warwick called Granite transformations! They sent us to Trend transformations birmingham because they said each had their areas and our house was in birmingham area. The planning and selection all looked okay. They took bulk of the payment ahead then the workmen did not arrive! After repeated phone calls when they arrived, it was in the evening at 6 to work till 8pm or at weekends! The work was shambolic to say the least! Abdul’s work and those of his team members were well below any standards!!!
Lies, excuses followed! after 3 months the kitchen was a complete mess!! almost every piece was wrong! most importantly they would not certify their gas installation!!
The workmen Abdul, Sodhi made a very poor quality non functional kitchen. We had to complain to Trading standards!!
The main office Trend Transformations arranged to visit the same evening of our complaint! They themselves could see what utter disaster had been wrecked by these workers!!
They apologised and have now removed the disaster kitchen and are doing it from scratch!
So it started in May and till August we suffered terrible workmanship, which included damage to our floor and fridge!
The main office is now working towards giving us a new kitchen with a new installer who is excellent.
we hope this ordeal will soon be over!!
Please do not go to trend transformations, birmingham! Because their shop is located in garden centre at Melbick park,I have stopped going to the garden centre! They are that bad!!
They cannot do any kitchen or bathroom!!
I wish I could give them zero stars!!

Thank you Ben for your excellent attention to detail and also thanks to Steven who assisted you, we are delighted with our kitchen worktop overlays, we were concerned as we had a difficult shaped hob worktop that had to be slightly modified but we are delighted with the result as it looks like it was always meant to be that way. Also it was a lovely surprise to receive flowers
that have opened up beautifully and still looking great after 7 days so thank you very much.

We approached Granite & TREND for a refresh of our kitchen cupboard doors, as we had decent unit carcasses but very tired-looking doors and relatively few options for a major design of the kitchen in a Victorian basement with relatively little natural light. Jamie Rayner came out to survey the kitchen and help us to choose a door design and colour that would be fresh and modern, but work in harmony with the period features in the room and the limited light. John Boakes came and fitted the kitchen doors/drawers/edge pieces over a two-day period. We're absolutely delighted with the process and the results. There were challenges external to the Maidstone team (delays with materials due to the 'pingdemic') but communication with Dawn and colleagues was great and all problems were solved. The fitting went very smoothly. We're absolutely delighted with the results of the work - it really has transformed the kitchen! We would thoroughly recommend.

Had kitchen doors replaced by fitter John Boakes. Great worker, very efficient, punctual and professional. Kitchen looks much more modern with new doors.

We have just had our bar, kitchen and utility rooms completed by G&T Transformations. The fitter “John” was such a polite, courteous and professional young man. His craftsmanship was exceptional and we are delighted with his work and we love the finished rooms.
While there was a few hiccups with the company itself, John was most apologetic and corrected everything at the earliest opportunity. I would confidently recommend this Company to friends and family.

Excellent service. Very pleased with new worktops.

Highly recommended. We moved into a newish built house and the kitchen was in fine condition but had basic worktops. So their method of putting a high quality quartz stone over the top, rather than ripping out the old ones made perfect sense with far less hassle and the work which included a new granite sink, was completed in a few hours by the installer. This was done around a year ago and it is all still looking good as new. Ordering and contact with the team was also frequent and top notch throughout.

Great customer service and really pleased with our replacement worktops, completely transformed our kitchen.
