All staff extremely pleasant, and customer care exceptional, as they responded to a few issues after fitting promptly. Love the finish and would absolutely recommend Granite & Trend to others…one tiny complaint, the black complementary cleaning cloth needs a LARGE warning sign to be washed before first use, as the black dye within the cloth bled out onto my new white surface a purple colour which had to be scrubbed off with an alternative sponge and cleaning product.
I love looking at my new kitchen each morning. Thank you Granite & Trend

Edit: Hi Mrs Hazleton, we contacted E-Cloth following your review and they sent the following:
"I have to admit this is rather unusual. Our products go through a vigorous colour fastening process at the factory to prevent the incident below. You don’t often need to wash the product prior to usage, but what we do recommend is that the cloth is washed separately for the first time."
They have sent a selection of other cloths and care instructions for these cloths so I will send these all out in the post to you today.

Kitchen refit (wrap)
This is the second job granite Trend transformations have done for us, the kitchen cupboard wrap is of excellent quality and the fitters work was exceptional. We also had a sink fitted by a different fitter but employed granite trend, this experience was painful from sourcing the recommended product to actual fitting ‘fitter had to return 3 times for leaks’. However overall I would use them again and the flowers for my wife was a nice touch 😊.

We were very happy with the whole process. From the design stage with Mark, and in particular the installation by Trevor.
Trevor is a real professional at his job. His attention to detail was fantastic. He sorted out problems that we didn't even know we had ! Well done Trevor and thank you.

The worktops are well made and fitted
The worktops are well made and fitted. How hardwearing remains to be seen but they have improved the look of the kitchen and with very little upset.
Good job all round from the team at Tunbridge Wells.
Just one minor niggle, would have preferred a colour matched sealant around the back edges, brilliant white does stand out.
