We were very happy with how our house sale was handled by Grant Estate Agents. They were very professional in all aspects of the sale and kept us informed at all times.
Any questions or requests we had were answered or actioned efficiently. Our house went on the market on 26 January 2023, we accepted an offer at full asking price a week later and completed the sale 6 weeks later on 16 March 2023.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent to handle the sale of their home.

Our experience with Grants was absolutely amazing, we originally put our house up for sale with another agent, and it was a disaster. They provided us with advice and assistance even thought at that stage we were not their clients. Once we moved to them, they couldn’t have done more to help us, nothing was too much trouble, from daily chats with Kerrie, to expert photos by John, advice and guidance from Grant, help and assistance from Vicki and Heather. Genuinely and honestly could not thank them enough! If you are even considering selling their home, head straight to Grants, if you don’t honestly you will wish you had!

Grant came to value our property within 48hours and was so friendly. He explained the costs we would incur upfront and there were no hidden fees or charges as we went along. He was honest and realistic with valuing our property and advised us how we could get the best price by making minor changes which was very much appreciated by us!

The online system for viewings was fab as we could see well in advance when we would be out of the property. Within one week of being for sale we had moved to sale agreed.

Kerrie and Vicki in the office were absolutely amazing. Any questions we had, they answered so quickly and were a major help when we had problems with our onward purchase.
