In the hands of experts
Moving house is stressful at the best of times and when things go wrong - and they do - you need on board a strong, customer-focused team. With Grant Estate Agents you get that.
Our move in June 2020 - after the first easing of the Covid restrictions - was a trial of nerves and patience on top of everything else (the blame for which lay entirely with another party in the 'chain'). So that everyone would receive his or her key, Vicki at Grant remained at her desk for several hours after she was due to finish for the weekend.
From initial valuation to completion, Grant Estate Agents is the epitome of understated professionalism. Whatever may or may not be going on in the background, the front projected by Grant Estate Agents is of calm assuredness. Phone calls to Vicki and Kerrie on day-to-day matters are dealt with in a friendly, honest, sincere and enthusiastic manner and you come off the phone knowing you are in the hands of experts. This was our second time using Grant and we are glad we did.
We hope to never have to move house again, but if we do, we see no reason to consider any other agency. Obviously we have not used every estate agent in the area so we cannot say Grant is the best. But we can and do say that Grant Estate Agency is very, very good at their job and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Glad we went with Grant Estate Agents as they valued our house around £50,000 more than two other reputable Belfast Agents and we achieved £35,000 more than the other agents valuations. The drone video over then house was a good attraction for viewings. Very good service from the girls in the office. No concerns at all.

Excellent experience buying and selling
We bought our first house from Grant Estate Agents several years ago and the customer service we received as buyers was second to none. We had absolutely no hesitation about going straight back when it came time to sell our house and move on. The process was smooth and seamless. Communication was excellent throughout. Our property was fairly valued, well marketed and the up front and clear fee was very reasonable. Appointments were booked and followed up on pro-actively, and the offer / negotiation process was dealt with efficiently and easily. The entire process was quick and easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grant Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.

Excellence
I would highly recommend Grant Estate Agents. They have now sold two properties for us, and both times it has been a seamless service from start to finish. The photographs are taken with an eye for detail, which really helped sell our last house. We were also very impressed with how all the team were up to speed with the details of our properties and kept us fully informed of any developments. Our buyers actually said they would use Grants in the future, I think that says it all.
