I'm going to Make a big order next week but worried that it won't arrive and there will be problems can you help assure me this won't be a problem as I need a good thick glass bong at a nice normal size I already have my eye on the Black Leaf Ronin and Geisha Ice Bong Box Set but not sure if it will meet my expectations

I was looking for a replacement for my trusty old rolling box that I had for a number of years. Bought 3 replacements from other suppliers, but they were all rubbish. Found the RAW rolling box on their website which is perfect! I was informed of the status of my order which was delivered on time. Excellent service and can highly recommend!

I was unsure at first it was the first time ordering from Grass City and the tracking information was from a French company, didn’t realise that the item was shipped from the Netherlands.
Reassured once I received the Royal Mail notifications.
All in all, the transaction was nice and easy and well packaged.
The quality of the product (Marley Taster) is outstanding. My new favourite, take it everywhere.

Great little hybrid dab rig.. Shipping was fine.. Everything was well packed and no broken bits .. Super happy with it.. used it within like 5 mins of receiving lol

I bought the the famous design surrenderer hammer hand pipe do not get me wrong it is a good pipe but the glass is not up to strength I only used it for a month and the glass broke I contacted them to try and sort this out but they have told me it's not covered by warranty why not I've had it a month don't buy from this company they do not cover their warranty the pipe was good but the quality was crap never again will I buy from this company if they had helped me out rather than ranch straightaway it's not under warranty what do you mean it's only been a months I didn't use it every day my advice to anyone buying from this place go very very careful they don't cover warranty and their customer service is shocking straight away they said it's not covered by warranty oh I know you don't want it back because you don't want to lose money what a joke company you are

I didnt realise i was buying from overseas, and it took ages to get here...when it did, it wasn't the 50mm shredder, it was a tiny 3.5mm thing. But it was only a few quid so im not returning it as id like to use a grinder at some point this year.
