Top Notch Experience with Greece Insiders
Our agent, Elena Kyrimi, worked with my wife Theresa, and created a fabulous two-island experience that we will remember all the days of our lives.
She arranged flights between Athens and Naxos, a ferry between Naxos and Paros, and a flight from Paros to Athens. She booked lovely hotels for us on each island and Athens, and several full day and half day activities, including:
1) Kayak trip from Naxos port
2) 1/2 day Naxos island experience
3) 1/2 day Paros island experience
4) Snorkel/swim trip from Paros port
She arranged all of our transit on each island (to/from airports or ferries, to/from ports for experiences, etc.).
Her proposal included great recommendations for our free time, including sites, shops and restaurants.
I highly recommend Elena and Greece Insiders!

First, I’d like to thank my agent Elena Kyrimi for being patient with me. She is amazing! I started booking my trip in February and did not complete the trip until end of July. Elena never gave up on me and was always ready to help whenever I contacted her no matter what time of the day it was. I initially had reservations about the company since it is an international agency. Elena provided proof and evidence of the company’s legitimacy and booked the best trip for my husband retirement. I must say that was the best vacation I’ve had and I travel a lot in Europe! From the time they picked us up at the airport to the very end when they dropped us off, every aspect of the trip was meticulously planned, hotels, transportations, tours and foods were just amazing! Wonderful Experience with Elena at Greece Insiders!
Elena at Greece Insiders made our family trip to Greece amazing! My three adult daughters and I decided to plan a Greece trip less than a month after my husband, their father, died from colon cancer. I connected with several travel companies. We chose Greece Insiders because we were impressed with Elena’s quick and thorough responses to our needs, her overall plan that addressed our hopes, and her ability to plan and adjust a vacation within our budget.
Elena was sensitive to the purpose of our trip and ensured we would have the opportunity to both grieve and honor my husband by choosing appropriate lodging , wonderful excursions and quality transportation.
We did run into problems with our arrival flight as American Airlines canceled our international flight ten hours prior to leaving. We had booked our flights separately and had to extend our stay by one day. Elena was quick to find options and communicated clearly and often while we were on our trip to help us make good decisions. She handled this situation with excellence.
Overall, we had a wonderful and moving vacation in honor of my late husband. Elena made this possible and we are incredibly grateful.

Attention to detail
Ms. Elena K planned a perfect twenty-one-day vacation for my family of four, starting in Italy and ending in Greece on the most beautiful island within our budget. All the planes, trains, boats, and ferries we traveled on always had a friendly transfer waiting for us when we got off to take us to our hotels. Great Travel Agency
When choosing a Travel Agency for our family, there was a lot that we wanted out of Greece, and each of us individually also had our wants and needs. Fortunately, Greece Insiders was very responsive to each of us and gave us a highly memorable experience inside of Greece.
From the moment we landed in Athens to when we left, they had transportation, activities, and free time lined up for us. They shipped a tote bag to our first hotel, which had a variety of useful and fun things. We basically had no hiccups, and the one time a ferry had to be delayed due to weather they let us know promptly, and they were very knowledgeable and picked out great guides for us along the way. We would highly recommend Greece Insiders and especially our trip planner Elena for all of the support and foresight that they brought to our trip!

We were well taken care of from start to finish with every driver, guide and tour being right on time, as described and very knowledgeable

We have never been to Greece before but the experience Greece Insiders provided us was amazing. Beautiful Greece
The Greece experience was wonderful. The tour guides were welcoming and informative. We had a private tour of Athens with a food tasting tour. In Santorini we had a catamaran excursion and a guide through some small towns. The hotels were chosen in prime locations to enable us to explore on foot. Overall the experience was filled with plenty of things to do in a four day time frame while leaving some time free for our own exploring.

Great trip of Athens, Naxos, and Santorini
It was great working with Elena who planned a trip for me, my spouse, and two teenagers. Private transfer for all scheduled tours and travel to airport/ferry. We flew into Athens for a 4-night stay. The hotel was in a vibrant area, a close walk of the Acropolis. She arranged a tour of the Acropolis and a local food tour for two of the days. Our 3rd day was spent on a full-day trip to Delphi. We then flew to Naxos which was beautiful. We stayed right on the beach, just a short taxi ride from the Castle and town. High winds resulted in cancellation of our boat tour. Elena was very accessible to try and arrange alternative activities. We had another food tour in Naxos. We took the Ferry to Santorini, where we stayed in Imerovigli (away from the bustle of Fira and Oia) and with great views of the caldera and sunset. We had a tour of Akrotiri, a hiking tour from Fira to Imerovigli, and a 5-hr semiprivate catamaran tour around the island. She arranged for the flight back to Athens where we caught our flight home. All tour guides and planned activities were excellent. She was readily available via WhatsApp throughout the entire trip.

Our Epic Family Trip to Greece
We booked our long-awaited family vacation to Greece with Greece Insiders, and it was a spectacular experience. Our travel designer put together an unforgettable experience. My wife and I spent a week on Crete and met up with our adult children for the second week. We were a group of 7 and ventured out to Athens, Naxos and Santorini. Our trip involved wine tasting, an immersion into the Greek culture sampling food in various villages and walking the ancient streets from the times of the Venetians. Our time together as a family is precious and rare, and the investment to do a luxury tour of Greece is significant; but I can say we are very happy that we entrusted this trip to Greece Insiders. The memories of dining with my wife on a rooftop overlooking the sunset in Chania harbor, taking a private sailboat on the Aegean to the island of Dia and swimming in the crystal blue water are precious memories. We experienced our kids experiencing the rich culture of Greece. There are too many great moments to list, but sitting at the highest point of Naxos Town, in an old monastery turned restaurant, overlooking the harbor and sharing Portokalopita together, enjoying a delicious meal on a Catamaran in the Caldera and gathered as a family on the bow to enjoy the sunset, being amazed at the colossal structures of the acropolis and the myths and legends that surround it or sitting in a small village with our guide learning about classic Greek dishes and observing the how local residents spend their day are just a few. The accommodations, drivers, guides and excursions were all top tier and the whole trip went smoothly thanks to the detailed and meticulous planning and preparation of our travel designer and her team. I highly recommend booking your Greece adventure with Greece Insiders.

Thanos Nikopoulos was a pleasure to work with, and he planned a fantastic trip for us to Athens and the Greek Islands. The accommodations were exactly what we asked for, and the excursions well-suited and adapted to our requests. Thanos checked in on us regularly while we were on the trip and helped smooth things for us when they needed to change. He even stepped in to help us when our homeward flight was canceled and we needed last minute accommodation back in Athens for a night. Silia with Greece insiders was great to work with. She helped us plan an amazing trip to Greece with our teenage nieces. We visited Athens, Naxos and Santorini. This was the most stress free trip experience I’ve ever had. All the transfers between locations, tours, accommodations, and activities were amazing. We had a blast in Greece thanks to "Travel Local" led by "Thanos" who arranged this beautiful trip for us.
They will contact you and assign an agent to you who will go through every detail on what you are looking into your trip. After that, they formulate an itinerary which you can arrange to your liking before you make your final payment. I have checked other Traveling agencies and they have been by far the most reasonable with high quality tours and professional guides who were all nothing but superb.
They did a superb job with organizing this trip with all the tours and trips being well arranged till the last detail. For example, they will give you suggestions on what to wear on certain tours, nearby attractions and restaurants along with the details on what is being served with photos and illustrations. This was very helpful for us.
Definitely highly recommended and will not be our last visit for sure. We are looking forward to plan for our next trip with "Travel Local".

Greece and Eygpt trip
We just returned from our trip to Greece, Egypt and Turkey, with a party of 7. While the majority of the trip was on a cruise that we booked ourselves, we used Elena at Greece Insiders for our pre-cruise stay in Athens and for a Pyramids tour in Egypt, as well as all of our transportation needs. We were very happy with everything that was set up for us. We were especially grateful to Elena for assisting with an unexpected last minute change to our plans. As we boarded our plane for Athens, we were notified by the cruise line that our itinerary had been modified, and we would be in Egypt a day later than planned. I immediately sent an email to Elena asking if we would be able to change the private tour to the Pyramids to the new date. Fortunately, this was able to be done. As the trip to the Pyramids was the main reason we booked this particular cruise, we would have been so disappointed to have missed it. Thank you Elena for everything!

Unforgettable immersion vacation in beautiful Greece!
My husband and I took a 16 day trip in beautiful, wonderful, interesting Greece. Wow, was it life changing! We had wanted to go there for decades and when it was finally time, I found Greece Insiders doing research online. It was clear to me that they were professional and that their clients respected them.....so we contacted Elena and she helped us plan a totally bespoke and personalized journey. Elena so thoroughly and sincerely dedicated her time with us to our specific needs and interests. She always put our dreams first. She listened to us carefully and responded with meticulous information and top notch suggestions. Never did it seem like we were working with someone who was "at work" but instead, we were talking with a friend who knew a lot about Greece and wanted to share her magic with us. During the designing process with Elena we got to know one another and asked her for extra things like what we could read or watch on TV, movies, books and documentaries to enhance our trip. (my husband and I love cultural stuff) The back and forth with her was always thoughtful and sometimes hilarious. She is just the very best. Her authenticity and charm oozes out in every interaction we had with her. Elena is a genuine human. She was sensational and we had a dreamy, interesting and beautiful trip. We are already planning another one with her for next year. You can't go wrong with Elena and Greece Insiders.
