I had a genuinely excellent experience with Green Eco Group from start to finish.

I originally found Fogstar (the UK battery manufacturer) through them, and that recommendation alone gave me confidence I was dealing with people who know the industry properly. From install day through to final setup, everything was smooth and well organised — no drama, no chasing, just plain sailing.

What really stood out was how they handled all the certifications, paperwork and insurance guarantees. It was all taken care of step by step, which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in a system like this.

Even post-install, the owners are at the end of the phone if you need anything. They’ll log in, monitor the system and talk you through any questions without hesitation. That level of aftercare is rare.

I got a lot of quotes for a solar panel installation Green Eco Group were extremely competitive. But they were also patient, easy to communicate with and very accommodating - even with my timings. Scaffolding up, panels installed, scaffolding down all in 3 days. Would definitely recommend them.

We have ultimately chosen to go with the Green Echo group. After conducting thorough research, we opted for solar energy. It has been a week since the installation, and we are extremely satisfied with the product. I would highly recommend working with Green Eco Group to get your solar panels installed. From start to finish all the teams involved (sales, scaffolding and installers) were super polite, kind and communicative.

Tarren did a great job at explaining the entire process, our available options and planning what system would work best for our needs. He was always on hand to answer any of my questions no matter how small they were.

We did encounter a few unexpected challenges with our roof tiles, but the installation team was incredibly communicative and resourceful. They worked closely with us to make the most of the available space, and their professionalism made the process smooth from start to finish.

Found Green Eco Group through the MCS register - had several quotes from various companies but green eco group took the time to chat me through my options, offered great advice and were always available to talk. Installation was completed within a day…no complaints - the fitters were very polite and tidy! 100% recommend!!!

Super professional

I was very impressed as the installation team started the install on a Saturday and returned Sunday to finish the install and by Monday the scaffolding was down. They worked around the clock and the installers were very clean and efficient. Highly recommend green eco.
