I gave them a call today to ask for an airport transfer and they gave me a price which was 30£ more than another company that I use, I said I thought it was a bit too expensive and they hanged up the phone without even saying bye

Horribe experience using this taxi company. The driver was not from UK, he was not able to follow the road, did not want to follow google maps sayin he doesn't like a particular road so he took a road which made our journey 20 mins longer. We did not need that after a 12h flight. Absolutely shocking how this"taxi" company is not out of business yet.

I have used this company, mainly for airport pick-up/drop-off, and never had an issue - despite some concerning flags: I have been told by them that their app does not work anymore (albeit still available for download and working), never receive messages confirming booking, etc.
Today, booked an airport pickup over the phone and got the same reply I have always received - i.e. "booked". Caveat, driver never showed up...rang the company to be told that the booking did not exist - convenient, easy get away card as there is no booking confirmation text or email...
UNRELIABLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY ALSO LIE.
Booked an airport pick up; taxi nowhere to be seen. Called the main office, they told me that the driver was "around the corner - outside the airport" - waited 10 minutes for the driver to eventually call me. He was rude and said he was waiting outside the airport for my phone call to let him know when I was outside - that was never made clear when I booked, I didn't even have his number?? When I asked why it was taking so long to arrive in to the airport. He told me he was on his way and that he would arrive in10 minutes - that's definitely not "around the corner, outside the airport!" The drivers as well as the office lie about the drivers whereabouts. After an exasperated and frustrating wait for over 20 minutes - driver then said I had a choice - either wait for him (another 10 minutes) or take another taxi. I was trying to find out where he was so that I could make a decision and he then proceeded to tell me take another taxi as he was not prepared to come to the airport - and then hung up! Unprofessional, rude and very very unreliable - they also lie which speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity of this so called business. Why do they actively advertise airport pick ups when they have no intention of honouring the service or pick up time that has been confirmed. Very poor customer service - Avoid.
Avoid if you want to be picked up on time
I booked a return journey to a wedding 10 days in advance and the driver was half an hour late for both journeys. Each time I called to check they were on their way the phone operator told me they were 5 minutes away and by the third call he just laughed at me.
We were late for the wedding ceremony and then left surrounded by drunk and abusive men while we waited for the return journey. The driver (who was friendly enough) said that he had only been given the job 15 minutes previously which was 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time.
When my sister called on the way home to ask for an explanation and to air our concerns over being left in a vulnerable position the operator was rude, unapologetic and unconcerned.

We called to ask where they were and they said they had forgotten us and will be with us in 5 mins. 15 later and still nothing. Disgracefully rude when we asked them where they were. Stay clear of this awful company.

I want to give this taxi firm zero stars but it's not possible. We pre-booked a taxi the day before and it was 30 minutes late arriving. The driver refused to drop off our friends as an additional drop off and insisted we call out another taxi. Central office refused to apologise for being late. Appalling service, rude. Won't use again.

Had an urgent work appointment in Reading, Woodcote, and booked taxi for 09:15 pick up. Driver number 1270 Was on time, and not only that my return was also timely. BEST TAXI CAR COMPANY EVER IN LONDON. Friendly, professional and ON TIME !!!!!

I would highly recommend people avoid this company, especially if your child(ren) use it as a taxi service for school. One of their drivers ignored a serious sexual assault on a 13 year old girl in the seat behind him. The girl was crying, shouting and curled up on the floor of the taxi and he did nothing to help. He even said to the police he didn’t hear or see anything but how can you not hear a young girl crying and shouting when she’s being sexually assaulted directly behind your seat? The taxi driver and company did not fulfil their obligation of safeguarding a child in their care.

Last week I went to gatwick airport with this company, the taxi wants to pay on cash so I paid. the next day I received a charge on my account, they promise the refund will be done in two days. It's passed two weeks and I don't have any news on that. Worst experience on taxi of my life! Edit: They continue saying that the refund will be in a couple of days, every day I'm calling, it's ridiculous. Don't get a taxi here if you don't want a headache.

Picked us up right on time to go to Heathrow. Only cost £33, which was less than two of us would have paid to bus or take the train. We will be using this service from now on every time we need to get to/from the airport
Great Service
I have used Green Metro cars many times and particularly for airport runs. They are competitively priced, punctual and professional. I travelled back from New York on Friday and my flight was over an hour early into Heathrow because of strong tail winds. Green Metro had tracked the flight and were there waiting for us as we cleared customs. Fantastic service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pre-ordered a taxi a week in advance for to Gatwick airport . The taxi arrived absolutely filthy with vomit on the seats and floor. Called to ask for a replacement but the man on the phone said nothing was available. When we requested a discount he became increasingly rude saying it was not his fault someone had been sick! Surely it is the companies responsibility to keep the taxi clean though?! The taxi driver then refused to continue driving until we agreed we would pay the full amount which we found to be quite threatening behaviour. We then spent the hour long journey with the windows open to get rid of the smell of vomit. It was 330am, raining, some of us had to sit on carrier bags so we didn't sit on the vomit and we still were made to pay £90!
I am appalled at the terrible customer service. Would not recommend. EVER.

Ordered taxi online in the morning for 7pm that evening. Taxi turned up at 7.30pm! Spoke to manager who gave us £1.60 off the fare! We had dinner reservations which we had to miss! Terrible customer service.
TOTALLY UNRELIABLE
The rating would be zero stars if it was possible! I booked a taxi to collect me from Gatwick airport, my flight due to arrive at 11.30 pm on the 3rd July. My flight details were confirmed by email and I received an acknowledgement. The flight was delayed and arrived at 1.45 a.m. There was no taxi, I called them and they claimed to have the booking for the next day although they seemed aware of my delayed flight arrival time! As I was stranded (and alone) at the airport, I asked if they could help and the operator asked me to "give him 5 mins and he would call me back". No call. In the end I had no option but to get an airport taxi and pay £140 to get home to Reading!
I can only assume they just couldn't be bothered because of the flight delay. I emailed them the next day but no response, that in itself a clear indication of their couldn't care less attitude and complete lack of customer service.
