Have had the best experience with Grey Matters Mortgage Studio. Marc arranged my initial mortgage and found me the best rate and gave me step by step guidance throughout the conveyancing process. Always happy to answer any queries by phone or email. Kate arranged the necessary life insurance and got me a good deal.
Five years on and in plenty of time before my fixed rate came to an end Marc contacted me again as promised and secured another great rate within 48 hour of the Iran war threatening to push the interest rate higher. The rates did indeed increase but mine stayed at the lower more affordable rate.
I can't recommend this company enough. They do all the thinking and hard work for you and with greatest of ease. Thank you!
