Would highly recommend Marc. I was a first time buyer and he guided me through the entire process and also advised on tangential services (surveyor, solicitor etc.) where he could based on his experience. With him as your partner, you don’t have to go around doing the work of evaluating rates from different banks & can trust his advice!

Grey Matters found us the best rates and helped us to port our old mortgage, thus avoiding early repayment charges. Then when the bank made a mistake in our offer they immediately spoke to them to rectify it, and phoned daily until everything was correct. They also kept us informed of what was going on regularly.

Marc is very approachable, knowledgeable and clearly understands all current and future market trends.

We had a different situation to other familes in obtaining a mortgage. We tried with different companies and just fell short.

We were introduced to Marc and GMMS through a friend of a friend. Marc immediately knew what our issues were.

Marc managed us and finances, even delving into work benefits in order to dervice the best loan offer.

Which he did and we exchanged last year on our new home successfully end of 2021. Due to developer delays in 2022, the mortgage offer ended and could not apply for an extention as too risky if further developer delays occured.

Marc once again steped and helped us. This time with a completely new company and a new mortgage offer that was even better than our first.

I am typing this review from our new home, as we moved in couple weeks ago. I can honestly say without Marc, his help and his capabilities and knowledge, I would not be typing this from our new home!
