From my first appointment to getting my MRI scan and X-ray to getting the treatment I need it was dealt with at an extremely high level of care and with such quickness. Would highly recommend the Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners!

Mr Hislop gave me excellent advice and support in preparing, undergoing and recovery from a hip replacement operation. He explained everything very clearly and ensured the pain relief and follow up physio was implemented. I have had a swift recovery and five -star treatment.

I got my appointment on the same day of asking. I thought the knee consultant Mr Hislop was really welcoming and straight to the point. Looking through MRI scans and in agreement with a previous surgeons recommended treatment. Professional, friendly and quick.

We cannot thank Dr. Hislop enough for the exceptional care he provided during my mother's hip replacement. The surgery went beautifully and she is recovering wonderfully. As a family, we felt reassured and supported throughout the entire process. His skill and professionalism have made a real difference to our mum's quality of life and we are truly grateful. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment with Mr Hislop for my knee. He was the upmost professional & had an incredible attention to detail. His attitude and engagement made me feel apart of the decision making process. He made me feel very comfortable in knowing he is making the decisions in my best interest. I would highly highly recommend Mr Hislop for any hip or knee issues in the future, he is an amazing surgeon!

Mr White was very much helpful with the issue I have on my shoulder. With some physio sessions requested it has improved a lot 👍🙏

My daughter injured her knee in an important netball trial. We needed to get back to the selectors ASAP regarding her fitness to play. Mr Webb and Jenna (his amazing secretary) understood our needs and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. I called on a Friday and was given an appointment on Monday. Mr Webb's examination was thorough and his explanations clear. He 'got' my daughter and her desire to get back on the court. When an MRI was required an appointment was made for us later that day (which Jenna booked ultra efficiently). A telephone consultation with Mr Webb followed the next day and the MRI results and the next steps made clear. I can't thank Mr Webb and Jenna enough for being so helpful and for understanding our needs so completely. Unfortunately knee injuries in netball are common and should we need help in the future we will certainly be returning to Mr Webb.

Mr Tim Sinnett is an amazing surgeon - I can not recommend him enough. He has helped me with my Achilles rupture repair and recovery. We took all the right steps towards recovery, and I wish to thank him for making this recovery as easy for me as possible. It could've been a very difficult injury to recover from but he left no scars around the Achilles area post surgery.

Mr Simon Hislop diagnosed that I need a partial knee replacement following a period of knee pain having put off the surgery for as long as possible. From the beginning, Simon gave me great confidence that the procedure would be successful and that post operation the recovery would be increasingly comfortable over six weeks. He was accurate. I was walking comfortably within days and back exercising (following guidance) within a couple of weeks.I had two reviews with Simon within six weeks by which time I was back riding my bike and about to go on holiday. It’s difficult to imagine how the experience could be improved upon and I am deeply grateful to Simon and his team for their amazing work.

There is really nothing I can fault with the experience I had everyone was lovely and looked after me through the whole process. Even though I wasn’t based in the UK but in Jersey C.I everything was made easy from the start and felt looked after. Any questions I had were answered very promptly.

I was referred to Mr Webb after a series of doctors and surgeons had misdiagnosed my condition. From the outset, he was able to accurately identify the root cause of the issues in and around my hip and formulate a clear, effective plan of action.

Mr Webb performed arthroscopic surgery on my left hip, and his overall care has been exceptional. One of his standout qualities is his ability to break down complex medical information into clear, understandable concepts. As someone who values understanding the underlying mechanisms of an issue and how an intervention addresses it, I found this incredibly reassuring. He actively encouraged open dialogue throughout the process, which put me completely at ease—I can genuinely say I felt no nerves going into the surgery.

Immediately following the procedure, my pain was minimal. I required very little in the way of pain relief and was able to walk the same day without the need for crutches, which I believe reflects the quality of Mr Webb’s surgical work. I was given clear instructions on simple leg movements to promote blood circulation, and his team also recommended physiotherapists they work closely with, making the overall care pathway feel well-coordinated and comprehensive.

I saw Mr Webb again at the two-week mark to have the dressing safely removed. He provided encouragement and advised a follow-up at the three-month stage, which is approaching soon.

Although it is still early in my recovery, I can already feel meaningful improvements. I’m looking forward to continuing my rehabilitation and ultimately returning to football.

I was referred to Mr. Webb after rupturing my ACL, with the goal of returning to skiing and rugby.

Mr. Webb and his team were exceptional throughout. He took the time to understand my personal goals and context, clearly explaining the available options and providing a well-reasoned recommendation. I felt fully in control of the decision-making process and completely confident in the plan we agreed.

The whole process was smooth and well organised, and the wider team, from pre-op through to discharge, were professional, friendly, and reassuring. As this was my first major surgery, I was naturally unsure of what to expect, but I felt at ease throughout.

The surgery itself was completed in the morning, and I was discharged the same day. Since then, I’ve experienced very little pain, and my early recovery has been far easier than I expected.

I would highly recommend Mr. Webb to anyone dealing with a similar injury.
