I was referred to Mr. Webb after rupturing my ACL, with the goal of returning to skiing and rugby.

Mr. Webb and his team were exceptional throughout. He took the time to understand my personal goals and context, clearly explaining the available options and providing a well-reasoned recommendation. I felt fully in control of the decision-making process and completely confident in the plan we agreed.

The whole process was smooth and well organised, and the wider team, from pre-op through to discharge, were professional, friendly, and reassuring. As this was my first major surgery, I was naturally unsure of what to expect, but I felt at ease throughout.

The surgery itself was completed in the morning, and I was discharged the same day. Since then, I’ve experienced very little pain, and my early recovery has been far easier than I expected.

I would highly recommend Mr. Webb to anyone dealing with a similar injury.

Mr White explained the cause of the shoulder pain as well as clearly laying all the options available to improve my shoulder rotator cuff issue, which resulted in surgery. We discussed and agreed the different surgery approaches. Before and after the surgery the teams were great. It has resulted in full mobility as I recover.

Dr White operated on a proximal humerus fracture I sustained. From the first discussion, to the operation and rehabilitation, he has been excellent. He is very clear in his communications, the operation went very well and the result meant that I have regained full mobility and range to my arm. Dr White also strikes a good balance between compassion while also being direct and encouraging me to push through physio and exercises to optimise the outcome. I am very thankful for all his help and support.

I presented to Mr Webb with knee pain following a meniscus removal two years previously. He talked me through the various options available, all of which would eventually lead to a knee replacement so I decided to just get it done.
The procedure, risks etc were fully explained clearly and in layman terms.
On the day Mr Webb came and saw me to reassure me of what was going to happen. The procedure went very well and I am now three weeks on. The first few days were very uncomfortable but after 6 days I could stop taking the prescribed strong pain killers and after 10 days I stopped taking paracetamol. I can only put this down to Mr Webb’s expertise as I know others that have had more severe pain for longer.

Mr Simon Hislop is an exceptionally skilled surgeon and I feel privileged to have benefited from his expertise.
His early diagnosis of my need for a hip replacement and his first class surgery meant that I recovered swiftly from a first class surgical intervention.

I recently underwent shoulder stabilisation surgery performed by Mr White, and the outcome has been excellent. From the very beginning, he put me completely at ease—throughout the surgery itself and during follow-up consultations. His team were equally approachable and professional, providing outstanding care both before and after the procedure.

I saw Mr Oragui for the removal of cannulated screws [from a previously broken hip] and an anterior hip replacement.
A slight glitch in recovery, due to a secondary condition, meant that I saw him also as an emergency, when he went the extra mile. From first to last his kindness, professionalism and expertise has been excellent, as has that of his PA Lucy. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly - 5 stars

I recently had hip replacement surgery performed by Mr Simon Hislop from the partnership which has been a great success. He put me at ease right from the first consultation through the surgery and follow up consultations. His team are also very approachable and kept me informed about the surgery.

Dr Hislop was excellent. He was actually the 3rd surgeon I saw about my hip, and very clearly explained what the cause of the issue was, and recommended a hip replacement. All of my appointments were very informative and I couldn't be happier with the hip replacement and the way things turned out. I highly recommend Dr Hislop to anyone thinking about having the procedure.

I was attended to by Mark Webb for Meniscus surgery. Mark was fantastic, he explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Two knee replacements by Mr Jon Palmer. One was complex and difficult. Results of both first class and Mr Palmer was very kind and empathetic and went out of his way to settle my unnecessary concern.

I was extremely happy with my consultation with Mr Mark Webb for my hip problem. It was very easy to book my appointments with him and for my X-Ray and scans.
Mr Webb was great at communicating and I felt confident and relieved to have received his expert diagnosis, advice and treatment plan going forward.

Mr Webb is both professional and approachable. His manner is clear, honest, and reassuring, and he takes time to explain procedures, expectations, and outcomes in detail. He fully understood my reluctance to rush into decisions and respected my wish to explore alternative approaches before considering surgery.

Both my first operation for a leg fracture and the hardware removal a year on turned out perfectly, and I'm SO HAPPY that even after such a rough injury, my i'm back to feeling totally fine.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. White for a clavicle fracture. I actually went into the office not expecting to need surgery at all. Rather than pushing me toward a specific path, he took the time to walk me through my imaging and explain the long-term pros and cons of both surgical and non-surgical options.

Because of that level of clarity and care, I felt empowered to decide on surgery, and I’m glad that I did. The outcome has been great, and my recovery has been on track. I also want to mention the PA, who was incredibly responsive and helpful with every follow-up question I had. I felt genuinely well taken care of by the entire team. If you want a surgeon who prioritizes patient education and respects your decision-making process, this is the place to go.

I'd put off foot surgery for 8 years. Quite frankly, it was a right mess with 3 of the toes badly twisted. Mr Sinnett had to undertake 5 separate operations on my foot in the same session which was a very major challenge. It's now 3 months after the operation and I have minimum discomfort ,
I'm walking very well with good toe flexibility and If I'm diligent with my exercises I fully expect to be pain free and fully flexible very soon. At the very start Mr Sinnett explained the required procedures in an easily understandable manner and clearly pointed out both the risks and benefits of surgery and my chances of making a full recovery. He's relaxed and easy going manner was very reassuring and I would highly recommend him.
