Fantastic experience start to finish. Was provided with several options for an 18 person hen do which took so much admin off my plate. Once I had chosen Vicki was absolutely incredible, so quick at responding to every query from small things to reorganising times and locations. She was so approachable and helpful and the weekend couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Vicki was even happy to help with a request post hen do. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Simon really helped me get exactly what we needed for our hen party, we had a few pull outs last minute so we he had to do a fair few quotes and I really appreciated his time and effort, it made it easy for us as bridesmaids so thank you.

Booked a hen package to bemidorm, absolutely shocking organization. Our transfer didn't turn up at airport, then they tried to drop us off at the wrong hotel. When they did finally drop us off at the hotel they dropped us off in the wrong place and we had to search for the rep. Not helpful at all when we got stranded after a boat party.

Before booking so attentive & couldn't do enough to support, promised things they had no intention of keeping. Since I have booked takes days to respond to queries.
Booked for a party of 16 and advised we need at least 13 beds as most don't know each other and won't share. I booked on this promise that we could have 13 beds and would be accommodated.
Now I have paid a significant deposit they are going back on their word and saying we have to pay more to accommodate guests by booking another lodge.
If I had known this was going to be the case I would of booked with another company. Conveniently the chats I had previously before booking have disappeared.
Very disappointed and now stressed at the thought of having to spend more money & no real chance to rebook elsewhere as paid a lot of money already.

We had our hotel and transfers cancelled with 14 days left before we flew to Benidorm.
Simon was great and did everything he could to support us and keep costs down. I’m extremely grateful and appreciate the fact Simon didn’t look to take advantage of our situation and instead, provided a good, fair honest price.

I organised my friends hen do and booked all the activities through groupia. The planning went pretty smooth, one little teething problem where we were unable to upgrade some of the tickets for a dreamboys event but we managed to get a refund on some of them and book that part separately.
Our first activity on our first night which was the main event was a cheeky butler.... unfortunately this guy was anything but cheeky! He had no charisma, was very awkward and basically didn't really want to do much. We were a group of 22 ladies so thought maybe he was just a bit overwhelmed at first and tried to make him feel more comfortable. After a couple of games and a couple of trips to the toilet he seemed to get a little bit too handsy. 1 of the game forfeits was either take a shot out of his butt or a spanking, I personally don't handle shots well so chose the spanking however he hit me so hard, not in the harmless playful way we had expected that the other ladies were shocked and worried about my welfare. I had a massive handprint that remained there all night. The other ladies decided they would take a shot instead but not from his butt as they didn't want to endure this. He did however take it upon himself to slap a couple of the other ladies bums hard when they were not expecting it if they had bent over to get something so he had to be told to stop doing that as they were feeling humiliated. He also slapped me again as I lent over "to even out my marks!" Catching me on my vagina. Again he was told don't do that. He then decided to do a pull up on the doorframe frame and throw his legs over an unexpecting hens shoulders causing her to fall to the floor, he thought this was hilarious and helped her up from the floor by her boobs. This was our most Disney hen and she was absolutely mortified. After seeing this and having several of the ladies come to me expressing their concerns and how uncomfortable they felt, I asked him to play one of my games that wouldn't involve him touching any of the ladies he would just need to read out the answers on a card, he really didn't want to do this and told me I could do it instead. Some of the ladies tried to distract him by asking for cocktails when he offered them drinks as we had a whole cocktail section set up for him to use but again he refused and just poured them prosecco even though they don't like prosecco. We were all very relieved when he left, after 5 trips to the bathroom during the 90mins some of the ladies suspected drugs considering his behaviour.
After the weekend, I reported this to groupia with photo evidence who told me they would report it straight to the Butler company. They did this and the outcome I received was they are taking this very seriously and it was unacceptable behaviour not the normal standard and the butler had been removed from all future bookings. As an apology they would offer a complimentary service or flowers for the bride. As the hen do was over a complimentary service was not going to work so I requested a refund instead as it affected all of the 22 hens some of which had been inappropriately touched and humiliated and not just the bride. I was then sent a half dead tiny bunch of flowers as an apology and locked out of my portal to communicate with my event manager. I managed to then communicate with the customer service department and an apology was sent for the state of the £40 flowers that had been sent and the butler company would take this up with the florist as it is not what was ordered, I was then offered £40 compensation for the hens instead of a full refund and again they are taking my complaint very seriously! £1.80 compensation per hen for the extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing experience where some were assaulted that cost around £300 is an insult and does not reflect how serious they have said they are taking it. Again I said a refund for that activity only seemed fair but I was told no more offers of compensation would be made and I would need to go through abta to dispute if I'm still not happy! We will of course be taking this further as offering £40 does not seem like they are taking the incident as seriously as they said and they could still be sending out such butlers with inappropriate behaviour. Now I understand a cheeky butler is meant to be cheeky, a bit naughty and fun but this was not it at all.
I certainly wouldn't be recommending this company to anyone in the future. My advice would be do lots of research and book your own activities to avoid such shocking customer service.

Recently went on a trip to Vilamoura with Groupia Golf. From start to finish it was faultless.
