All the guests at my daughter's wedding celebration at Fawley Court were amazed at the serene ambience of the venue. The facilities suited both young and old . Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Guests particularly liked the swimming pool and spa as well as the well maintained gardens and courtyard-perfect for photographs. My daughter did the booking from Australia and commented on how efficiently GroupRetreats communicated with her leading up to our stay.

We stayed at Harkstead Hall for a weekend to celebrate a hen do. It was the perfect space for 20 people, the sauna a hot tub were a great touch.

We were welcomed by a lovely hamper and the house was very clean and in great condition with everything we needed.

The facilities are amazing, you cannot get bored here there is so much to do.
Amazing indoor swimming pool and hot tub, stream room and sauna. Games room, tennis and basketball court and even a gym, everything has been thought of. Walks on the grounds are beautiful.
Every bedroom in the main house and outhouses are beautifully decorated and all have en-suites.
The kitchen area is fantastic for cooking and entertaining at the same time along with the music on our whole family got involved which is just what we wanted.
We all had the best time, and used every facility, we even had an early Easter egg hunt for the little ones.
Evenings we spent playing games which there are plenty of at the house and we even lit the open fire.

We were also given a beautiful hamper filled with goodies which was really appreciated.

Every member of my family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and the beautiful Martley Hall.
We would definitely recommend staying here 100% and we will return in the future.

We’ve just had a fabulous stay at Ashfield Place Farm. The house was amazing and catered for all our needs. We had a caretaker available to us in case of any problems and in fact was quickly able to supply us with extra pool cues when asked! Group Retreats have provided comprehensive information leading up to our stay and were helpful and approachable with any queries I had.

Booked Old Lakenham for three nights to celebrate my 60th birthday with 24 friends, and loved every minute, the house exceeding all our expectations. Just 50 minutes from London, it's the perfect party house with a huge kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and breathtaking views. Spent a very memorable afternoon sitting by the pool in the sunshine, followed by a wonderful birthday dinner. The house sits above the stunning Loose valley, with lots of woodland footpaths that, even better, lead directly to a great pub for a Sunday roast, The Albion. Memories of this trip will stay with us forever.

We had a wonderful stay at The Olives, the house is very well equipped, plenty of everything, and very comfortable. The welcome pack of goodies was superb, so generous and much appreciated.
The information from Group Retreats before our stay was very good, useful to have a guest portal to be able to refer to for planning, and we were very pleased to find somewhere that would allow us to stay for 2 nights during the week. We loved our stay.

Really nice cottage ! We were 5 families gathering for the week end and everyone really enjoyed. The house is perfect for larges groups and the host really responsive

Glentworth Hall in Lincolnshire is a great place for the family to get together. There were sixten of us and all of us had en suite rooms. The kitchen is Well equipped for large groups and the dining room is grand. The washing machine broke while we were there and a new one was installed the next day! Impressive service. We brought our little dog and were able to walk very locally to the house. It was a very special week that we will remember for a long time. Very special.

We stayed at Ashfield Place Farm for a birthday weekend with a large family. It was the perfect place for a big celebration, so much space both indoors and outdoors, amazing amount of rooms and places to sit, chat, play games and have fun. The tennis court with provided rackets and balls was great. The kitchen is well equipped and the supplies to light the fires is very useful. Everyone loved the house, it was amazing. Thank you very much.

We had such a wonderful time at Ashfield. Easily accommodated 22 of us, it’s such a big house! Fantastic kitchen, really well equipped and so much space for cooking. Lots of fridge and freezer space too. Loved the hot tub, pool table and tennis courts. Really fantastic choice for a fun filled weekend with friends.

We stayed at The Old Lakenham, in Loose Maidstone for my friends 40th and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very warm & inviting with stunning grounds. Amazing outdoor pool & jacuzzi. 2 outhouses fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of room for multiple cars. Felt very safe as there are electric gates and surveillance around the outside of the house. Beds were very comfy and towels provided for showers and swimming. The owner was very friendly & even offered to come to the house and helped me get back in after everyone had left as I left a bag there. We are looking to book again over the summer and bring the children as they would absolutely love it. Plenty of games provided for a fun filled break. Would absolutely 100% recommend. Thank

If you like the country farm house vibe you will LOVE this! I booked this for my Dads birthday with all the family and we just had the best time! Group Retreats were very accommodating and helpful before our stay and great with communication. I needed to speak to the contact I was given as we did have a little trouble finding the gates and he got straight back to us.

The house has everything you need! Games, books, pool table, TV, speakers…they’ve thought of everything!

The kitchen was well equipped and we brought lots of bits like cleaning bits and bin bags, tea coffee and sugar but it was all there!

We created the most special family memories this weekend and absolutely love the house! It will be our family get together location moving forward for sure!!

We booked a house through Group Retreats to celebrate a 40th birthday. Very easy to deal with and book, good information provided up front. The house exceeded expectations in terms of space indoor and out, decor and (crucially) equipment and bedding for a large group. Unlike a lot of Airbnb, Vrbo etc properties where you cannot be sure whether it will be properly equipped for a larger group of people, Group Retreats had thought of everything you would need to have an enjoyable time and self-cater for a big number. The properties are reasonably expensive, but a very high quality experience. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

Had a great stay between Christmas and new year the house was lovely and clean and set up lovely and festive the family and I would definitely stay again

We fulfilled a dream of seeing all the family over the Christmas period - and in some style too!
Questions were answered beforehand promptly and efficiently. We found the house really well stocked with the basics and with extra special touches too.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas, with the pool warm and inviting and the grounds looking crisp and cool for walking…not to mention the games barn - there’s enough room for everyone to enjoy themselves and each other’s company too.
The cleaning team had worked their magic before we arrived, William (maintenance) checked in on us during our stay and it all worked well.
This was our 2nd visit and we'd certainly consider returning.

The property was so spacious and was so well equipped. The beds were comfy, the house was warm and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was so well stocked (except for tea towels and oven gloves!) The property was only a 20 min walk to the beach and we had a wonderful walk the other way with a great lunch at a local pub. Space for all cars to park on the drive too.

A deceptively large cottage, simply decorated. Beds are very very comfortable and the house was warm & cosy when we stayed in December. The cottage is part of an estate so it is quiet and there is a private driveway. As part of the stables the horses are literally next door. The garden isn't secure if you take dogs but the long driveway provides a morning stroll. Abs the caretaker was great. A real asset to the experience. Stables Cottage is a 10 minute drive from Salisbury and in the perfect location for exploring this beautiful part of the world. Group Retreats provided an extremely professional service and were very helpful throughout the booking process.

16 of us stayed at Saham Grove Hall for 3 nights in December. I would recommend the property to anyone, it's great for a multi family stay with a wide range of ages. The house has a great kitchen, 3 lounges as well as a games room and hot tub. Not as relevant for December but for the summer the house has great outdoor space as well.

We stayed at Ashfield Place Farm with our extended family and had a wonderful experience. The place is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We were warmly welcomed with biscuits and jams, and the house was already heated when we arrived, which was a lovely touch.

There were plenty of board games to enjoy, and we especially loved the conservatory with underfloor heating, it meant we could play pool for longer without feeling cold. All the necessary utensils and equipment were provided, including tennis rackets, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.
