Didn’t ring the day before delivery as agreed on an email I have, when I contacted to ask about this was told they didn’t know to call, so missed my delivery. Rearranged delivery & they didn’t call again. A very stressful 5 weeks hoping not to run out, they didn’t seem bothered as they had my £600 & no apology!!
