Problem with ProControl+
Extremely helpful engineer attended yesterday to resolve a log in issue with my burglar alarm. As I was just about to head out of my house as he arrived he offered to re-attend at a more convenient time. Anyway I stayed, minutes later everything had been fixed. Highly recommended with a great office team to match.

We had new kitchen installed - security systems were therefore mainly off - When kitchen completed Guardian very quick to come round and put up new sensors - also replace battery in garage and the engineer (Martin) was very helpful in explaining how the new system worked, including how garage could be secured on its own whilst we were watching TV

Excellent experience with Guardian
Excellent experience with Guardian. Adam visited us and discussed our needs in great detail, and was clearly knew his stuff!
On the day of installation, Freddy arrived on time, and was polite and courteous when inside our property, and did a great job of helping us choose a suitable location for the alarm panel. The installation went off without a hitch.
Would happily recommend to others!

A pleasant experience from start to finish!
I have just had my Intruder Alarm upgraded to a monitored system by Guardian Security & Fire, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I did my research, and decided to go with them having read the Google reviews that other satisfied customers had left for them.
I contacted them by email, and later spoke with them on phone, and the staff were always very helpful.
They initially sent an engineer over to asses my requirements, and after that they booked me in for the upgrade. The engineer’s that came over to my property were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer any questions I had.
They are also both BAFE SP203-1 approved, and NSI Gold approved, so they meet the standards required by most insurance companies.

fault on alarm keypad
we had a fault come up on our alarm keypad. I emailed to book an engineer. A very quick phonecall response with clear instructions managed to remove the fault and we were all back to normal within a minute

I have telephoned Guardian Security on two occasions in the last couple of days. The telephone was answered promptly (no long wait with ill-chosen music) and with great courtesy by members of staff and not by a recorded message.
