Got a box that was clearly opened before and did not get an invoice for my company

Furthermore, customer service did not reply yet (already 3 days) and the chat service they claim to have does not exist.

Quite sucks when you bought a camera for more than €550.

Waiting for one month without answer

I bought a Camera more then one month ago now, I never recived the mail of the shipping so I send at least 15 mails asking for explenation and I NEVER recived any answer.
Now I request a livechat for ask my money back but they didn't reply as well.
WORST CUSTOMER CENTER EVER or a FRAUD?

Would not recommend buying at "Guter Kauf"

Tje company is the complete Opposition to it's name - it does not offer any Customer Service: you don't get answers to your Emails, you wait quite long for your good delivery and you have to pay a fee of 20€ plus shipping to Hong Kong as soon as you want to return your order. Never again!

Great every thing

Hi there,
I just bought Asus Zenfone 3 from this website, it's all great ( the service, the price and a good decent delievery time ).
It took a week until the device came from Hong Kong, so it's pretty good considering that the device traveled many countries to arrive here :D
No problems, No whatsoever. Really great shop.
Will buy from it again, for sure!!
I personally recommend it :-)

Purchase of iPhone 6S

Online shop account registration and purchase went ok. But no confirmation email sent. By reading comments on Facebook this seems to be a general issue with the site. Mail sent to support about this and answer received promptly saying the mail would be resent. But no mail received. Then several emails sent to support asking for the status of the order, unfortunately no reply. Using the order review page in my account I was able to see a change in the delivery status and the follow it using the parcel delivery service website.
The iPhone was delivered after about 7 days.
All ok. Price was the lowest I found online.
