Very good service, excellent prices but delivery was slow (about 9 days)

First ordered one cell phone with mixed emotions after reading certain comments, but everything worked out fine. So i ordered a second one for my girl and that one was shipped even faster, again without any regrets.
I so far can recommend the store very much, that wasn't the last time I ordered something there.
Price on the site was TOTAL PRICE.
No further payments needed, like tax etc.

I got what I ordered for best price ever (1/3 of the original vendor pricing). Delivery was 1 week what is acceptable!

I ordered a macbook pro and they took two weeks to process the order and I had to cancel the order. Then I order it again and they wont process it because they want me to answer with a paid email Account, thing that another Websites never asked.

I ordered an Ipad 2017(gold) and it was delivered after 15 days. Customer service was okay, they responded within a day to my questions. The only thing that I would have liked before I ordered, was a better estimation of the time. Because the company is based in Hong Kong, the delivery will take more time than expected from a Germany based company. But the prices are far lower than any other company, it was a difference of 60 euro's. So the waiting time was worth it.

Prices are fair but return policy is unacceptable.
3 days after I placed my order, I asked whether it was dispatched and said that I'd like to cancel the order in case it wasn't dispatched and buy it somewhere else.
In the same moment I received a notice for dispatch and have been told that it would cost me 55 Euro just to return or cancel the order even though I had to ask for order status and it was dispatched only after 3 days.
This is very disappointing as it will arrive late as a gift.

This is one of the worst return policies and customer services I've seen so far.
Will never order again

it sucks that you do not deliver to other EU countries, except Austria - maybe they are still considered as "ansluss"

Bought a Zenfone 3 device... I am very satisfied with the device and the price! Probably, I may buy another one from here. The free shipping took a week...

I tried to access the tracking number but it won't open the page and when i tried the dpd site, i was told my parcel isn't in the system. On your site the order is complete,but i haven' t received my J5. Any explanation? Thank you.

igot fooled by the name wich is in german when in reality the company is based on Honk Kong so that is pretty misleading , only way available for contact is via email,"live chat" is nowhere to be found i´m writing you here since my emails are not being answered, i ordered a phone on 29th and DHL failed to deliver funny thing is that you say on your site that the product will be in my hands in 72hs!!! we are right now on the 14th and i still haven´t got what i pad for on the 29th , this is terrible service.
unless i get my product really fast i will start a reclamation with paypal directly

Dont buy from them......better to pay 10 euros extra than Guter kauf....
They will ship old items and then if you want to return, you have to pay heavy postage charges for returning the items to Singapore........so if u can afford this and custom risk......?

I buy OnePLus 3T an 24 April , bad experience , 1 star for guter kauf but 5 stars for paypal because on 2 May i get money back , 380,99 euro from paypal . . They not answer at my E-maill , i send 8 E-maill , They NOT have contact with telephone , fax , whatsupp , skype , nothing , just a email adresse .

On April 27th 2017 I have Ordered a bluetooth speaker from Guter Kauf.

They have approved the transaction and the amount was transferred.
After that, they communicated that the article was not available and they offered a similar product which I was not interested in. I have been in contact with the support service of Guter Kauf via e-mail. I have clearly expressed that I am not interested in any other product and I wish the amount paid to be refunded. And they have not answered to this request, neither via e-mail nor on the PayPal dedicated form.

I believe it is their responsibility to make sure they have a product before they approve a transfer and they must refund the amount.

I have purchased from it and it's a smooth process. delivery was extremely Quick and prices are comparatively cheaper then most of the famous website.

After one week of order, the product didn't come. Neither they reply to my emails nor send the product. But they just took the money from me! Still I am waiting. Please be careful with this buyer!

Guterkauf.com.de just refunded full price for phone very next day, but without single word why. Don't bother to buy there ...

It took too long to receive the product, then they gave me a wrong phone with lower configuration.
They rarely answer emails and it seems that they are trying to delay the return procedure until the 14 days of return period passes. Next week I will go to police and see what can I do about it.

DON'T buy from this website!

I know they will answer this post by something like "we're sorry about your experience, contact our costumer service"
Before that, I'm telling them: Don't lie to people. You don't answer emails and your costumer service is not responding.

Ich habe am 29.11.2016 Kopfhörer bestellt. Leider habe ich diese bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich habe Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet.
