I just wanted to say what a first class experience I have received from Gutter Centre. Their website is very user friendly but it was when I needed help that they really shone. I dealt with Bryn who was both friendly and very professional and arranged everything for me. The goods arrived the next day.

Great company to deal with. Quick delivery. Excellent and prompt customer service from Sian: we ordered 110mm pipe components to help relocate 2 internal downpipes from an internal bathroom, but on opening the pipe box in the wall we discovered we mainly needed 82mm parts. Returning the items for exchange was straightforward. It was an awkard installation but Gutter Centre stock several useful bends and couplings that are not available elsewhere. Even when one item was out of stock, they were able to source it from another supply chain. Many thanks.

I phoned the Gutter Centre for the first time ever - with what I knew was an awkward, non-standard order. Would they be able to supply? The telephone assistant immediately understood what I needed. She went the second mile to send me exactly what I required. It was extra work for her, and so easy for me. Thank you, Gutter Centre. (BTW If a company director is reading this, could I suggest you give Sian a salary rise for Christmas?)

Really want to say a big thanks to Gutter Centre as a whole - and Sian in customer service in particular - for the help in rectifying my own mistake. I ordered an aluminium drainpipe hopper - not realising until it arrived that I hadn't measured it correctly. Despite the order value being pretty low (it was after all just a single item so hardly one that would merit a lot of effort) Sian went above and beyond to arrange the return of the original hopper and manufacture of a replacement bespoke hopper that would fit. Probably the most pleasing part was that whenever Sian said she would do something - she did it (one of my pet hates is people promising but then not delivering).

Ordered online and got a call to confirm order and correct it. Service and comms over and above expected. The team were able to accommodate an urgent delivery. Pleasure to deal with on all fronts.

Fabulous customer service. We delayed our install and realised some pieces were misting when we came to fit months later. Geraint and the team were brilliant in arranging replacments direct from the manufacturers. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We’ve used the Gutter Centre for multiple orders now and every time they have been super helpful, they are quick to respond over email and on the phone, and the delivery has always been quick and on time.

Ordered a 110mm branch and four fittings to suit, it arrived but was 82mm, I contacted them and was told that it was a mistake on their webpage and was not available in 110mm. I was asked to select an alternative, unfortunately I needed a specific size and layout so nothing else was suitable. I declined the offer and asked for my money back, they agreed and said I needed to post the items back before I got a refund. The postage was to be paid by myself, having already paid an extortionate price of £25 postage for the pieces to be delivered I was reluctant to part with any more money, they said they wouldn’t pay the postage and would only refund me the price of the one item that was incorrect. So now I am £40 out of pocket with five items that are useless……..never again, a rip off company.

I have changed the rating to 3, but stand by my comments, if you order five parts to be used in conjunction and the main part is incorrect the other 4 parts are useless so why should I have to pay to return?

I ordered over 60 items of painted Apex cast iron guttering for an extension. Having pre painted items saved a huge job of painting had I done it myself. Bryn was extremely helpful during the order process. I will be following up with another order for the rest of my house. Full marks to Gutter Centre.

Really helpful, quick replies to emails and kept me updated with order status and helped me amend on several occasions. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Highly recommend.

Ordered gutter and downpipe for use in an ICF building project. Order was delivered on time, everything as expected, all good. On the project there was a mistake made in the placement of the pipe feeding the rainwater harvester which meant that I had to use the plinth offset intended for the bottom of the downpipe at the top. So, with less than a week (including a bank holiday) to go to the pour of concrete I phone and asked Gutter Centre to make another. Never expecting that they could make it in time. 5 days later... delivered and perfect. Can't ask more than that.

You know even when I get it wrong they help me get it right, amazing customer service from a team of knowledgable and helpful team of people

We had a local client who had a cast iron down pipe break, we were asked to repair the pipe, we removed a section of existing, pipe to discover the pipe was discontinued in that size, The staff at Gutter center was very helpful and knowledgeable, and between us and their knowledge we managed to find a way to resolve the issue, also was painted the correct color, Hats off to you guys for assisting us, we will definitely be back for the next guttering job we have, kind regards Pete Blount Managing Director

The customer service and work ethos is first class. We placed an order with some parts that weren't compatible with others within the order and also missed off some essential parts too. They called to ask if this was correct and guided us with the help for the correct items for what we were requiring. Other companies wouldn't have even checked and just shipped the order. This goes to show what kind of a personal business they are and that they genuinely care.

I received excellent customer care when trying to resolve a problem with product coordination - the support was greatly appreciated.

We needed products the same day, luckily SIAN was amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Order placed and goods collected by courier and delivered to site, resulting in a happy client.

I just wish more companies had a SIAN working for them :-)

Rang in to place an order. Discussed the order in some depth and was asked to place the order online as they could not take an order over the phone (strange but heyho). A few days later I was called to say they had made an error on pricing and could not fulfil the order, the only option was to cancel or pay the new price ~400% greater than the original price. No apology was given just a simple "as per our terms and conditions" !!
