These guys are brilliant- nothing is too much trouble. Lots of advice if you need it, everything arrived on time and in full. Very helpful when I needed a few extra bits and I couldn’t beat their prices anywhere.

Gutter Centre are a great company to deal with. Their prices are good and their communication is excellent. I have placed several orders with them and each time they have provided accurate lead times and delivered on schedule. Remarkable in these difficult times. I have dealt with Bryn who is very knowledgable and is always happy to talk through my requirements. I will continue to use Gutter Centre for all my projects.

Fantastic services along with superb after sales service. Nothing seems to be a problem. We did not order enough Powder Coated Aluminium guttering and the scaffolding was being struck within 5 days. All extra parts delivered on Monday (Order placed Friday) to enable us to complete the project on time. Highly recommend Gutter Centre

Fabulous service, beyond the call of duty. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

Sent a sketch stating my requirements, which included
a right hand stop end which was on the invoice.
A left hand stop end was delivered, and I provided
photos to show incorrect part, however they refuse
to accept liability ,and now asking for further payment
to rectify there mistake, do not use this company.

We are a self build and contacted this family run business to place and order. Sharon, felt I would benefit from advice from their technical department and referred me to Geraint who carried out calculations and prepared a 'shopping list' for us for the correct size guttering and downpipes to cope with the down pour from our mono pitch roof. This enabled us to order with confidence. Sian took payment details and which was fast and efficient and advised us of delivery times. The staff here on this website are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them,I would highly recommend to use Gutter Centre. Their prices were the best we'd been quoted.

Today i called Gutter Center to report that a gutter seal was missing from the delivered order. They could have been more helpful.

Ordered a rainwater diverter. Landscaper said it wasn't the one required. Tried to return it. Gutter Centre insisted I only had 14 days to return it. I had written to them 6 days late. It hadn't been made clear to me there was only a 14 day return period. Not their problem – it's buried somewhere in their t&c's. After long argument about the nuances of consumer protection law, they agreed to accept, provided it reaches them within 7 days, and what not. I actually need another rainwater diverter – no chance I'm ordering it from Gutter Centre, though.

Third party supplier with no quality control. When things go wrong, very defensive & try to blame the customer. Appear to have a lot of time on their hands to do so.

Ordered a quantity of Marley rainwater guttering, downpipes and fittings from Guttercentre. Very pleased with the excellent friendly service, prompt delivery and with the competitive pricing. Will be using again when renovating the rest of the house.
