HTB is one of the best platforms that exist out there, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to begin a journey in Cybersecurity or even want to craft the skills. It's flexible and provides everything.

I subscribed to Hack The Box Silver Annual and after a few days I realized I couldn’t continue the training as planned. I contacted support through their website and got an answer very quickly.

Started HTB this year 2025. So far i appreciate the detailed modules going into the carious subjects. The learning plans are well tailored I feel in the progression of what you’re introduced to. There is definitely some information you’re supposed to do your own deep dive into pertaining to certain applications and command uses but they normally have links embedded in the modules for further investigation. I have also tried the labs and it is fun and exciting introduction to real world use cases. The beginner labs are well laid out with instructions if you’re getting lost. Give it some time and following the learning plans combined with the labs I feel I will learn much in this field. The cost are high for the subscriptions but if you can manage doing your own research and have access to a computer you can run parrot os security with the openvpn setup you can still accomplished everything without the subscriptions. I might invest as I progress into the more difficult information but current learning for free!

I've been on HtB since 2022, both academy and app. I did quite a lot of things on both platform and find it amazing.

I admit there are connection problems sometimes, but the support is super efficient and fast and I even got a refund one day, having big troubles on the platform.

Very intuitive hands on experience that you get. I work in IT and im very used to Linux but still o grabbed some tricks that i can use on a Day to Day basis

The admin is very nice and is helping me solve the problem quickly.

I believe a great platform needs to care about its customers! As for HackTheBox, I can say they are excellent!

I love the layout of the site, the coloring is inviting, the information is practical and the questions are worded such that you must understand what it is asking or you can easily make a mistake just like in the wild.

I took my first course on Hack the Box Academy, and I can say after having gone through several other comparable courses, this one was by far the most engaging, fun, and informative. The gamefied elements and quality design create a pleasant environment for learning. The content itself is presented in a way that makes it practical and understandable, vs. other courses which often just dump information on you without giving you the "why" or providing ways to practically try things out. I'm excited to dive deeper into all Hack the Box has to offer, and have already recommended it to friends.

Use both the academy and labs. Truly amazing work they have done. It has been my primary source for skill development and fuel for my passion and hopefully future!
