We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements. At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

I can see we processed and shippedthe day of your order, but sadly the carrier has let us down in the delivery process. I can see the parcel took 2 weeks for them to process In the depot before delivery.

Ordered item well in advance for Xmas and wasn’t delivered until after Xmas
Very disappointed by service
Had to buy something else Christmas Eve
Have enough on plate with two children with disabilities and elderly adults
Don’t promise if you can’t do it

We were issued assurances from GLS that all parcels shipped prior to 19th Dec would be delivered pre Christmas. Unfortunately the found themselves in a position where they could not fulfil the promises made to our company.

Generally pleased with orders but this…

Generally pleased with orders but this time ordered for Christmas in good time and did not receive my order in time although I was assured I would have it for Christmas. However I think this was due to problems with the delivery company GLS and not the fault of the store itself. Disappointing all the same

Terrible delivery experience

Terrible delivery experience
The delivery via GLS has been absolutely terrible. My golf clubs have been in transit for over a month (Ireland to Switzerland), which is completely unacceptable.
Halpenny uses GLS as their logistics partner, and unfortunately this choice is a disaster. There is no express delivery option, and the shipment has been stuck at the same location for days with no meaningful updates.
For a company selling premium golf products, this level of logistics is very disappointing and negatively affects the overall perception of the Halpenny brand.
Because of this delay, I now have to go on my golf holiday without my new clubs.

4 weeks I still dont have my order

4 weeks I still dont have my order. "GLS backlog", sorry, but use a different courier that works.
2nd order and first order was not quick either.

If you cant deliver to EU within a week, dont sell there

There was a small initial delay shipping as multiple items in your order were located across our retail units, so some items had to be moved around to ship to Spain.

Ordered a gift for my nephew for Xmas…

Ordered a gift for my nephew for Xmas on Dec 3rd and did not received in time for Xmas . After contacting Halpenmy on numerous occasions they assured me the top would be delivered in time . Very frustrated and disappointed.

I can see we processed and shipped the bag on the day of order, but sadly the carrier has let us down in the delivery process. I can see the parcel was in Italy on 16th Dec, but looks to have been delivery issues locally and was not delivered until 9th Jan.

I can see we were in touch with both yourself and GLS many times in an attempt to resolve the issue in Italy and have delivery completed.

We do appreciate the delay is not acceptable, but from what I can see, we did everything possible to try and have resolved via GLS Ireland.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
