The Egyptian cotton bedding feels incredibly soft and luxurious, and you can really notice the difference from the first night. Website is clear with good descriptions. Free p&p but excellent delivery service. Arrived well packaged with clear washing instructions. Emails to keep you updated from order to delivery.
The duvet & pillow cases are very soft. Washed, dried on the line & ironed well. So soft & looks lovely on the bed.

You ordered on Monday 12th and with your new mattress arriving on Saturday 17th, it’s completely understandable that you needed those sheets in time.
The honest reason for the delay is that some of the items in your order unexpectedly went out of stock due to unusually high demand. That doesn’t change the fact that we should have communicated quickly and clearly.
Here’s what we’re doing now:
We’re urgently prioritising stock allocation and dispatch for the missing items.
We will contact you directly to make this right — with options that suit you (immediate alternatives, the fastest possible delivery on the original items, or a refund for anything you’d rather not wait for).
I will personally make sure you get a clear update today and a resolution that works for you.
Again, I’m very sorry — you gave us a try, and we’ve let you down. We’re going to put that right.

Beautiful Quality Bedding
Great quality cotton duvet set. The material feels soft, breathable, and really comfortable, making a big difference to sleep quality. It washes well and keeps its shape and colour, which is a huge plus. Decent quality, but…
The towels are decent quality, but the time between paying for my items ( 13 November) and receiving them (18 December) felt unreasonable for a “premium” product.
I did receive an update communication after a couple of weeks stating that the items would be despatched in mid December which was appreciated . However, I feel at this point I should have offered the option of continuing with the order, or a full refund. This was not offered.
During the wait period I also continued to receive emails from the company advertising their products and implying their availability. This was annoying .
Overall the experience has been disappointing. I chose the company because of a great review in Good Housekeeping but would feel uneasy about ordering again or recommending to anyone else.
