They provide quick and reliable service. I can't comment on their returns policy as I never have had to return anything. The quality is why I shop there. The cotton is beautiful and well made.

I love the candle I was gifted - it smells divine and lasts such a long time. Can smell it when walking in the room straight away but I could smell it before I opened the box! Packaging is lovely too. Would make a great gift!

We received the most beautiful candle from Hampton & Astley; lime, basil & mandarin. The scent fills the room even before we’ve opened the box! Good product disappointing service
Good product, however very long delay due to a supply issue which wasn’t communicated or updated well at all and needed me to keep chasing. Quite disappointed that I received a half squashed cardboard box with a plastic bag inside it with my towels too. Not really the sort of packaging I’d expect from a luxury brand who told me they were taking some extra care to pack my order on the last update. Just not the experience I expect from a luxury brand it didn’t have the experience with it like other luxury products.

The only problem experienced was the lack of communication after the order was placed and paid for. The follow up was erratic and possibly erroneous.

Items haven't arrived and customer support not responding. Awful experience
Spent hundreds on towels, and ordered almost a week ago. They still haven't arrived, I haven't had any updates on the order, and their customer service team aren't responding to me or answering the phone. Do not trust this brand, they've ruined what was meant to be our exciting week leading up to a new house move.

I revived the most gorgeous candle
I received the most gorgeous candle. The scent is lovely. Woodland blossom and wild fig. Strong but not overpowering. Definitely recommend.

Service needs work
First experience was buying something that wasn’t in stock but not advertised as so, money taken. Cancelled for a refund. Item still wasn’t in stock over a month later.
Bought some again but a lighter colour. Don’t look very luxurious until they’re washed. Not used one yet.

Them products are of high quality but the shipping was so long. On their website they say that you receive the products in two days. They took two weeks and need it to call and send an email to make them move.

I love these products!
I have just purchased my 2nd fitted sheet.
The quality of these sheets is exceptional and the best I have ever had. I have tried several ‘luxury’ brands.
My mattress is in excess of 40cm deep but these sheets fit really well.
I have also purchased their baths sheets and towels. They are extremely soft but not as thick as I expected. I haven’t used them yet so time will tell!
