From initial query to installation every member of staff was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Stairlift was fitted promptly very pleased indeed. Slight fault later in year was quickly sorted. Overall a great company to deal with

Knowledgeable advice and not oversold

I found it very easy to make an appointment to have my stairlift serviced . The price I paid was reasonable. The engineer was very efficient and explained that he had needed to put in a new battery. Handicare installed the lift 4 years ago and I would highly recommend this firm to anyone thinking of having a stairlift fitted.

Great customer service, workmen go above and beyond. They are very polite and friendly and work is of a high standard

Handicare Stairlift initially supplied excellent stairlift and on the few occasions where a fault developed they visited quite speedily and repaired the fault

I was very apprehensive about someone coming over - not knowing the cost and how it all works - but I was put at ease from the start.

I am so disappointed with this company, we purchased our stairlift a few years ago and everything was fine, I would say exceptional. However, we signed up for their silver service agreement at a cost of £650.00 and have been trying to get them to come and service the stairlift since August without success, in fact the receptionist was rude and extremely unhelpful. Previously I recommended this company to others without concern but wouldn't do so again.

From the first contact by phone to the installation of the stair lift, each member of staff was empathetic to our needs, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Contacted 4 times to come and service the stairlift with no response. Cost over £600 for three year service plan and they will not reply to e mails or answer phone. We will see if we can implement a section 75 agreement. This company responded to my review after 6 weeks and requested additional information within three days.! After I implemented a section 75 agreement to get money back they then contacted me to arrange a service when they decided to.

Promptness of confirming early appointment on request for such - and then prompt visit of the engineer to remedy the stairlift fault - together with the latters' professional / friendly approach - and, of course his efficient repair.

Very prompt response to my enquiry. Visited by an agent the next day. Stairlift fitted within 10 days. Excellent communication and customer service

I ordered this chairlift for my mother. It was easy to have the survey done, place the order and then have it installed in a very short period of time. All the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Also, the chairlift is compact as we didn’t have much space.
I cannot comment on the price as I did not have time to get another quote.
The fact that they are recommended by Age UK gave me extra comfort

Now I got my stairlift it’s stopped me struggling up n down my steps as before I had it fitted the stairlift stops me from fall down the stairs now I’m save

We have received 3 letters from Handiecare credit control and we have telephoned and emailed them to confirm that the repair was carried out under the 2 year warranty and this was confirmed by their own service team and we still receive emails from their credit control. Unbelievable!!!!!

We recently contacted Handicare to look at having a stairlift fitted for my father. From the first phone call to completion the process was easy. Clear information was provided and also a guideline cost, the surveyor arrived, measured up and provided a quote, no hidden extras added. One week later the stairlift was installed. The engineer showed my Dad how to use it and made sure he was happy with everything before he left. Would certainly recommend this company, and was nice to have no hard sell and be given an idea on the basic cost of a lift before the surveyor came out, so you know what you may be paying out.

There is no hardsell with this firm.
The price of the stairlift, given the quality, is remarkably cheaper than we were expecting. It does everything we were told it would. From ordering to installation was profetional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Handycare.
