CHINESE SCAMMERS - AVOID.
Company is masking as UK business but ships from China. Cat beds I ordered took three weeks to arrive and were nothing like the product depicted, in terms of size, shape, material and quality. Seller refuses to refund unless product is returned at buyer's expense.

I ordered some cat toys from Happy Poppy on 15 April. I only saw the reviews after ordering so I did have some apprehensions about the order. However, I received the order within 10 days and did receive an update email from Happy Poppy to let me know when the order would be arriving, with tracking through Yodel. Both items seem well made and my cat has made use of both toys.

My order never arrived and they refused to give me a refund

Do not purchase from this company. Ordered a dog onesie based on the measurements supplied. On arrival was too big and not as per measurement supplied on website. Informed when requesting a return I could keep the item and they would refund me 20% (£4) for a £20 item or return at a cost to myself which would cost £20. What a rip off the company is based in china not England as it makes out.

Awful. I wish I looked at trust pilot b4 ordering. I was looking for some toys for my kitten . I thought it was an uk company that sold good quality toys but when one of the items arrived i realised it's stuff u can buy from temu for a few quid. They basically buy from temu n mark it up by 200%. I spent £35 . One if the toys is not fit for purpose so I asked 4 a refund but the cost to post back to china is ridiculous.

Save your money and buy from temu or amazon or one of the established pet stores

Waiting to hear their response for£40 igot 4 cardboard scratch pads very cheaply made , when I ordered nothing like them . None of my correct order arrived. If I could give minus stars I would

I wish I'd looked at Trust Pilot before ordering this water bottle. It's not actually watertight, took ages to arrive and, less importantly it's grey, not sage.

This company is in China, they sent me a flimsy comb, I tried to return and they sent me a China address to return to and pay for the returns. Avoid them as you would a plague.

Garbage items worth pennies that took weeks to arrive. Presents as UK company but based in china. Avoid at all cost.

Zero star if I could rate . The worst service ! No communication! My parcel was never delivered !!!!!! Order number #HP180310 was never delivered! No reply to my emails from shop ! Poor customer service! Avoid !

Shocking. Do not buy from this company. Bought a toy that needed charging in advance for a new kitten I was going to be collecting. Took ages to arrive. Had the toy for about a month before using it, as the kitten arrived later than expected. After two weeks it broke as the charge was no longer holding. Reported the faulty toy, explained the situation and was told you had to report things within 30 days of receipt of the item. I was told that I should have reported it earlier, not sure how I could have done. I was then told it was my fault, how I have no idea. Don't think I have ever experienced customer service like this in my life. This company is appalling, do not use them, clearly I am not alone reading other reviews.

Is this a real company? Why is their rating unavailable, despite it having hundreds of reviews?
My experience has been less than positive. I hesitate to give them a single star.
I ordered 3 items nearly 2 weeks ago. Two items finally arrived.. not sure which country they were dispatched from. (both are pretty rubbish.. one I have to assemble & have almost given up. It’s a large cat scratch slope)
The third item : I have no idea whether it’s been dispatched as the company gives misleading and oblique answers to emailed questions. I’d advise anyone thinking of ordering to go somewhere, anywhere, else

Ordered a toy for my dog over a month ago, still not delivered. Emailed to cancel and asked what would happen if it’s still turned up…. It had not even been dispatched!!! Note to self to avoid Happy Poppy in future!

AVOID!! The absolute worst company, rudest staff and worst quality products. Took weeks to arrive, faulty items, disgustingly rude staff and they clearly buy all their products on SHEIN or Temu, then charge us wayyy more. AVOID

This company is presenting as uk based but is in fact Chinese so if you need to return an item the costs are punative. I cancelled the order before it was despatched asking for a refund as it was so late and they despatched it anyway. They have been unhelpful and I feel deceived by them.

It's just a drop shipper from probably ali express or the like. I bought the exact same items from ali express for far less than half price on this website. Genuinely the same. And you have to pay for return to China.

No stars. Avoid this company. Communication is abysmal and the product is taking weeks to arrive with no information regarding the location. I believe that is not a UK company. Avoid it.

After fifteen days your bank will refund you and start their own dispute with Happy Poppy.

I have now reported this company to Trading Standards and UKECC, an organisation which investigates global companies.

Same experience here as other users. Presenting themselves as UK company when not. It's weeks since I ordered an item and still no sign of arrival. All the usual email replies, "you're welcome to return this item when it arrives" (with no mention of to China). Don't waste your money.

Took 3 weeks for order to arrive. I ordered thinking it was a UK company but it isn’t. I DO NOT recommend this company, buy from somewhere else!

Buyer Beware!!! I believe this company must be a scam as after placing my order a week went by and then they said they hd dispatched my item and delivery would be 7-10 business days yet this is not communicated anywhere prior to order Every day thereafter I received the same email saying they had just shipped my order. After another week I emailed them to ask what was going on and they just sent me a template your order has been shipped. Every time I emailed them they ignored my email. Then they emailed me to say they have refunded my order even though I did not request this and no refund has arrived. I am reporting them to my bank, shopify (as they should take is site down as this is clearly a scam based on all the reviews on here and my own experience), Google and Trading Standards UK.
