Same experience here as other users. Presenting themselves as UK company when not. It's weeks since I ordered an item and still no sign of arrival. All the usual email replies, "you're welcome to return this item when it arrives" (with no mention of to China). Don't waste your money.

Took 3 weeks for order to arrive. I ordered thinking it was a UK company but it isn’t. I DO NOT recommend this company, buy from somewhere else!

Buyer Beware!!! I believe this company must be a scam as after placing my order a week went by and then they said they hd dispatched my item and delivery would be 7-10 business days yet this is not communicated anywhere prior to order Every day thereafter I received the same email saying they had just shipped my order. After another week I emailed them to ask what was going on and they just sent me a template your order has been shipped. Every time I emailed them they ignored my email. Then they emailed me to say they have refunded my order even though I did not request this and no refund has arrived. I am reporting them to my bank, shopify (as they should take is site down as this is clearly a scam based on all the reviews on here and my own experience), Google and Trading Standards UK.

Company makes out it is in UK but is China. £13 postage to return a dog coat!

Purchased a devise to stop dogs barking it does not work at all! When ordering you are lead to believe its UK based, its China! As usual cheap rubbish that does not work!

Bought a double lead. Broke on the first walk !!! I have 2 mini dashounds that weight next to nothing. They refused refund

First order with company placed 12/2. Still awaiting delivery, item has been with Yodel since 14/2 , definitely not using again and will see how quick they are to refund order HP179765.

Dont use this company. I still havent received my order from the 6th February. Customer service havent been very helpful just keep saying my order is on its way!

Cat fountain took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was completely smashed on arrival. Company didn’t respond to my emails. So I opened a case with Klarna. Only then did they respond and they wanted me to close my case. I’m glad I didn’t as I am sure if I had they wouldn’t have refunded and I’d have lost my recourse with Klarna. 2 month ordeal of getting my money back. Please read the rest of the reviews.

Poor quality product I have since found on AliExpress for 10% of the cost. Definitely not a UK store - all ships from china and take s2-4 weeks to arrive. Return address is in China, so outrageously expensive to return to.

Never received my item no response from the company, on website it says UK company but it's not ! Don't waste your money!!

After 5hours with them on the chat refusing my request to return a faulty item. After 5hours and saying I take this matter further they accept my request to return but is in China. I must pay a lot not to return it

Hugely disappointed. Goods did not arrive, they kept sending ‘your item is on its way emails’ but it didn’t arrive. No response to my request for credit. You give up in the end.

I’d give them zero stars I thought it was a uk company but it’s not it’s from China and you can buy direct from china yourself and it would be cheaper and faster Very annoyed by all these companies saying uk when they are not Please don’t use this company it’s a complete waste of time and money

This company sent a dog bed advertised as large it turned up poor quality only big enough for a cat. To get a full refund they expect the customer to pay for the return to china ! Avoid buying any items from them as customer service is poor and they do not want to accept mis advertising a product

Ordered a few items for my dog, took around a month to come. - In that time I found you could buy the exact items off alixpress/temu etc.

I had been done. Normally i'm good at spotting this kind of thing but yeah took it on the chin

This is not a UK based company. The sizing guide for dog coats is totally misleading. If you make a mistake they will not offer a full refund unless you send it back to China. They give 20% to keep product which is pointless as the sizing is ridiculous. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all
Costs.

To my surprise (since having read the reviews on here only after placing my order) I am pleased to say the grooming gloves ordered arrived today and they are just as described. They are excellent, being effective and good quality, and the groomed hair removes from the gloves just as easily as suggested in the website promotion.

I am only limiting my rating to 4 stars out of 5 because, firstly, I was not expecting to have to wait for the order to be shipped in from outside the country, and, secondly, because I did not receive a personal response to my email enquiry to their customer services.

Total time between order and delivery was 10 days, which, under the circumstances of delivery from abroad, was actually quite good I felt. However, this was initially a worry because I had been led to believe from the website that the gloves were in stock in the U.K., so would arrive within a few days.

I would definitely consider buying from Happy Poppy again, although I would have in mind a potential long wait for delivery.

There should be negative 10 and it would still be too high for this company... agree with everyone else and they do not publish realistic feedback. Ie true reviews of how dire and rubbish the products are.

No customer service. Ignores correspondence.
