Sent me the cat ball x2 ordered 2x Dog unless as much use as a Ash tray on a motor bike warning don't not buy China company and you can't get in touch with them also will not work ....

Beware - shipping time is often longer than quoted and if you need to return you have to arrange and pay for shipping to China. Premium UK retail price point while offering slow delivery and high-friction, costly and inconvenient returns.

If I could give 0 I would. Do not order from these scammers. Products are rubbish and they will not cancel your order or give you a refund as do not adhere to any of their policies. Still trying to get my money back for a product I accidently purchased. They lie to Paypal and the products will cause harm to your pets.

We purchased a coat for our Great Dane, apparently 6XL. When it eventually came, it was so small, it wouldn't fit a labrador! We tried to send it back for a refund, but it was going to cost £20 to send back to China! We are now going to sell it, as it was too expensive to send back!

This company is not based in the UK as it proclaims to be. I have been waiting for a delivery which hasn't moved for 6 days. I keep getting reassuring emails saying they are keeping and eye on it and today an email offering money off my next order.
I have requested a refund, I doubt I will see this or the item.
Don't waste your time or money.

You better look elsewhere. This company pretends to be based in the UK charging UK prices while shipping out of China. And when you want to return the goods they using argument like environmental impact of your return postage or offering you discount to spend in their shop to wait another almost a month for your delivery. Won’t buy again definitely

Do not waste your money. They advertise as in the UK but are based in China and they even use a different UK company address in case for returns but it doesn't exist. If you are lucky to actually receive an order 4 weeks later it isn't what you ordered and they won't accept returns or give a refund. I know of 2 other people this also happened to. Please be aware.

They do not make it clear these items are shipped from Hong Kong and therefore take 14 days to arrive. Therefore all returns need to be sent back to Hong Kong. I will not use this place again.

Ordered a double extendable lead. Really poor quality when it arrived. First use ,the lock mechanism jammed. I reported this to the company via the chat bot as there is no other way. I wanted to return it and asked for info to do this. They wanted videos, which i tried to send,but their chat bot mechanism wouldnt accept the very short video,i also tried on email. Absolutely dreadful. If it had been cheap i would have expected it not tk be good; but it was expensive and is absolutely dreadful. Company are very unhelpful too.

The items are fine but they have misrepresented themselves as a UK company they aren’t! My goods came from Hong Kong and how can I return these items now? You have to email them and their refund process doesn’t seem easy at all. Misrepresented as a UK company when they are not.

Ordered online a selection of toys for the cats, after a stressful wait they have all arrived, one is broken one is for a child over 6 and another cats not interested in only one item worth keeping but an expensive lesson learnt, the company is not in the UK either Korea or Taiwan, I regret ordering from them and will go through my bank to get a refund hopefully.

Been offered a 20% discount and I can keep the items, they cost me £32.80, one is broken the other suitable for children over 6 not cats, no mention of postage costs which I assume is for me to pay, I have forwarded all the information on to my bank and hope they will be able to obtain a full refund, the two items I did keep only one is being used the other dumped, neither though worth the money, avoid this company, wish I had.
UPDATED 30/1/2026 My bank are refunding the £32.80 whilst they investigate, happy with that outcome and hope others will try to get their money back, awful experience from this company.

Nearly £40 to return items as its based in China.

Ordered item 16th December
Tracking updated on 20th December. A month on (January 16th 2026) and the tracking page has mysteriously disappeared and still no item delivered.

Item advertised for puppy / dog. Arrived in packaging claiming for cats. It would be dangerous for dogs, item us too small easily chewed and chocked on. Asked for refund, told to send item back recorded delivery to China. Will cast me more to do that than right off this poor purchase. Don't be conned like me.

Ordered a cat scratch house on the 3rd of January. I’ve been emailing them and even contacted them via Instagram because the item still hasn’t arrived. However, I have received a strange package containing books and clothing that I never ordered. I’d avoid this company, as they’ve given me too many red flags. It also says happy-poppy.uk, but they aren’t based in the UK.

The website is a scam and should be shut down immediately! I was under the impression that it's uk based and ordered some cat toys. One is faulty and clearly poor quality Chinese made tat that costs pennies on Temu. I sent them a message and never got a reply. Not worth the hassle for a small item to take this any further. Please be warned that this rubbish is sent from Hong Kong. Avoid!!!!

I waited weeks for the item (Large snugbug) bed to arrived for my cat. I did not realize it comes from China. It's listed as a medium sized dog bed at 50cm, but yet it's barely 30cm and my cat cannot even get inside. The website states a 30 day money back guarantee. I have filed a complaint and sent pictures and now they are saying they measure differently, apparently their measurement is not the dimension of the product but rather that of the semi-circle curve around the base of the bed. It's ridiculous, I just get excuses. I have now opened a complaint with PayPal under PayPal protection instead. I would advise against ordering from here. I wish I had seen all of these negative reviews before I ordered. Clearly they only add good or false reviews to their own website. False advertising to deceive the end user. Avoid.

Please note I also posted a negative review on their website which they have removed!!! Once again deceiving purchasers, they remove and hide reviews.

I ordered a cat scratching frame. It took weeks to arrive and I kept getting emails reassuring me that it would arrive soon. It didn’t, - and eventual it arrived just after Christmas.
What a disappointment. It was just a couple of cardboard slabs, with a thin plywood frame, and plastic fittings. My cat is just an average- sized adult cat, - who would have demolished it in an hour!
It was both inadequate and VERY poor value for money.
And now, I am supposed to pay to return it to Hongkong, when I have already paid shipping. This is absolutely irresponsible, unacceptable and GROSS.

I ordered a waterproof coat with attached harness for my dog on 4 December. It arrived on 22 December. Unfortunately it was a size too small. I paid £26.40. This company says it is uk based but its from CHINA not UK as described. They do not supply a return label. Was going to send back but would of cost £16.80 to return.
How can they get away with this misinformation.

Reviews on website are fake in my opinion. Interesting that the same cat appears in multiple photographs in multiple ‘different’ reviews.
