We stayed from July 29th to August 9th. Amazing!!! Very convenient location. Close to the beach. Very cozy apartments. Very clean. Everything a family with children needs is there. There are all the necessary dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. We will definitely come again. If you prefer to go to bed early, then take an apartment with a mountain view, a villa, or individual houses.

The Villa Magistrale has been canceled 2 Weeks without a reason before Departure. It was so stressful to find in a high season for a family a replacement. That is absolutely not acceptable...don`t book the Villa Magistrale in Porto Rotondo. It's not save und a Scam!!!

We have stayed in this apartment block before so we had a good idea about the facilities. It is ideally situated next to the station and cable car with fabulous views. It is quite comfortable although the sofa is not to be honest. It would really benefit from having an oven instead of a dishwasher as the area is extremely expensive to eat out in. We were delighted that the pool was open this year, a great bonus. The only downside was the lift was out of action for 4.5 days which was very difficult as I’d hurt my Achilles and had to go up and down 6 floors anytime we wanted to go out. I did contact happy rentals and eventually it was fixed. We really appreciated the bottle of rose to welcome us to the apartment.

Great Apartment, very clean and near the lake!

A spacious, modern, new flat.Unfortunately, the lift wasn’t working. It would be good to at least fit a handrail next to the stairs. We couldn’t get into the underground car park, but luckily there were enough parking spaces on the street. It would be good to have a few towel hooks in the bathroom.

A true gem above Lugano!
The location in the historic village of Brè is unique, and the art exhibitions throughout the village make it a great open-air museum. The view of Lake Lugano is beautiful, and nature is right on your doorstep. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: great amenities and very comfortable beds. A car is an advantage, but you are also well-connected on foot and by public transport. We will definitely come back!

The place is clean and neat ,greenery is well taken care of, villas in good condition, beach is amazing including the taverna. Staff is nice. The only downside is the Internet, installing the WiFi routers on top of villas is a bad idea, inside the villa no Internet you have to sit on the terrace to do your job. In a remote area like that and with weak mobile signal I think it is a problem to be reviewed. Apart that, very nice and relaxing holidays. Will be back!

The apartment is very clean and safe, and it has two bathrooms, which is good. However, it is a bit far from the city center, and the key collection and check-out process is inconvenient, as the keys are picked up from an office located a short distance from the accommodation.

The view is fantastic. You can see the sea even from the bed and the kitchen area, not just from the terrace. It was a very nice welcome, we got muffins and mineral water. There was everything we could need. The sea was across the road and you could go swimming right away, no need to go to the beach. There is a hot and cold shower at the gate. There is plenty of space on the terrace. The space inside is also nice and spacious, well furnished.

Happy Rentals is a company I recommend; they are very professional, and the accommodations are pleasant.

Nice and quiet location. Short distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Safe parking in the basement.

Menton is a perfect holiday destination.

The apartment ist great! Very clean, spacious, hat everything you need. The view is very nice, the surrounding is quiet but still very good situated. I'd be happy to stay here again next time.

Good location for both hiking and skiing. Good size room for a family of 4/5. Good food nearby for both breakfast and dinner. Did enjoy every moment of the stay.

An atmospheric mountain apartment with a beautiful view. A great base for mountain hikes. It was clean, and the host responded quickly to any questions. We received clear and comprehensive instructions before arrival. Highly recommended.

We stayed in an apartment in Argentière managed by Happy Rentals. They were very efficient with keeping in touch about our booking. They also provided excellent information about access to the apartment. They are very efficient with answering queries via WhatsApp. Overall a very good experience and I would confidently book with them again 5*****.
