Va Pensiero sul lago Stunning View - Happy Rentals

We, our wife and I booked this for 4 days from 24-29 August.
The Viuv was stunning over Largo Majjoire that was nice, but the appartment was very Bad, it was ment for 4 persons, but there was only bed linning and Towels for two persons! Sunbeds on the balcony, Only one was ok rest, including one in serviceroom was defective. The Big table on the balcony could not be used because it was so unstabile that you could not eat with it. In the bathroom there was no places for our things because a steelreel was so unstabile because a missing Support.
Kitchenlocker to the ref was unable to lock.
All in all a disapointing experience and much to expencive.
Never book with Happy Rental, you will end up unhappy!!

We booked 4 days in the appartment and then you expect us to use our fee days with complaning and have people Running to repair or change things?
To make it totally clear for you. The appartment was Long under standard and much to expencive.
I do not expect anything from your Company, I thing above mentioned experience speak for itself.

The house was very well maintained, and had all the amenities you can ask for. The location was fantastic, and the lady taking care of the house was very caring, and answered all the questions very fast.

Excellent house, sweet host. We really enjoyed our stay and the nice views.

Great house, everything you need. Garden is fully closed with a lot of privacy. Even our small dog was secure and couldn’t get out. Friendly staff, weekly changing bedlinen and towels, really great! All beautiful towns are nearby, Lazise, Pesciera etc. The village where Casa Zini is at, has great restaurants, a small supermarket, bakery and ice cream shop. All you need. We will come back! And not forget the beautiful swimmingpool, big and beautiful with a lot of chairs to lay down and rest in the Italian sun!❤️

This was one of the most frustrating experiences we had. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with the crib for our baby and they didn't prepare one, The host was unhelpful, blamed me for the crib and didn't even try to assist. He even got offended and didn't want to share his name. This ruined the first two days of our 5 days vacation as we had to travel around the area to look for a crib.
The place is smaller than it looks on the pictures, especially the bathroom. it is ground floor, going directly on the street and was missing some crucial amenities like coffee machine and iron. The small bed for our older kid was extremely uncomfortable. Even the sheets were rough and uncomfortable.
To summarize, the host gave us very poor customer service and didn't try to solve our problems, but even if we ignore that, the apartment is poorly managed and not comfortable.

The house rent was amazing, with a perfect location. Logistic was good enough and all the information clear

Centrally located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town main attractions ! Was well furnished an equipped with pretty much everything for a short stay. Fully recomment it !

Very old house, far away from the city and very difficult to get there as the street is very narrow. Creepy and not clean.

Super friendly host, who responded quickly and gave us good tips for the surrounding area. Apartment is nice and clean, close to the sea and a busstation to start your daytrips.

A large apartment that is very well appointed and an amazing view.
Good location that is an easy 5 min walk to middle of town but also outside the hectic town centre.

We were delighted by the position of the apartment: we could reach the sea within a few minutes, and the city of Lugano and so on.
And the apartment itself was great. The only thin we would appreciate for the next time is to change the mattress of the bed in the parent´s room.

THIS IS A NICE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS APPARTMENT IN A VERY PLEASANT AREA OF VERONA NOT FAR FROM PUBLIC TRANSPORTS. THIS WAS VERY EASY TO PARK OUR CAR FOR FREE.
THE OWNER SHOULD ADD SOME KITCHEN UTENSILS AND A EUROPEAN COFFEE MAKER.

Wonderful location with mountain view and plenty of nature around. 10‘ walk to supermarket, bakery, butcher‘s and pharmacy. Outdoor activities almost next door. Well equipped. Only the sinks are a bit small for wet shavers.

This review is specific to ID 5248, which is based in Sitio do Calahonda, Andalucia. This apartment is one of 51 apartments in a RESIDENTIAL community. I have lived here for 11 years and every Summer the residents have been plagued by noise and bad behaviour from tourists!
Most people here are either retired or have families here, they work and the children have to go to school. People who rent believe this is a holiday community, in fact our law states that this is designated as a NON-tourist community, and some people who rent out here do so illegally (not saying this specifically to this apt ).
So I would warn anyone who is thinking of coming to Sitio de Calahonda to carefully check out the facts.
The Community rules does not allow noise after 11pm, there are strict rules regarding the pool area and over the past few years Security and then Police have been called to incidents. Please be aware that you sign a declaration of good behaviour and if this is broken it will probably mean an eviction!
I know this sounds tough, but if you have worked hard and deserved your holiday, please make sure it is in a proper tourist community. The law in Spain is very much against tourists who cause distress to residents in Communities such as el Puente Dos.
Please be careful about where you go and seek written assurances as to what the Community will allow, ask to see the Community/pool rules and also a copy of the declaration you will sign...more and more communities in Andalucia have banned tourist rental, SOME owners will carry on illegally but this is high risk and punishment is hard!
Just imagine coming back in the early hours of the morning,sitting out on the balcony creating noise (talking too loud/music) and next thing you have the police on your doorstep, possible eviction AND maybe your deposit not paid back.
Me writing this review is due to so many bad incidents....I hope it also helps you to find somewhere suitable....cheers

I am NOT a customer so there is no reference, They have the ID of the property but I can enlarge on that and state that it is apt 27, el Puente Dos, Calahonda, Mijas Costa, Malaga 29649.
My review is not that of a customer, but of a resident which is obvious..the point of my review is to warn people of a possible bad experience. If you are lively party goer type people or maybe with youngsters who can be noisy then the review may well help you...if you are quiet and just looking to relax then this MAY be helpful to you.
Although the "Date of Experience" only allows you to give one date, this has been an ongoing issue for several years.

Leonardo and Happy rental team were very helpful and answered promptly all our queries.
The house itself is very beautiful it keeps the Tuscan tradition but with a touch of modern revival. The plus is air conditioning which can be useful during the summer.
The rooms are spacious and so is the kitchen area.
Thanks a lot and we hope we can reserve Leonardo’s home also next year.

The view on the sea was exciting and the swimming pool was big and clean.

simple, effective, fast and clear communication

Want a mountain view.
Want air conditioning.
Want a balcony or patio.
Want to sit at the front of the building.
Have a car bigger than a Kia Niro. The streets are very narrow to get to.
If you can't reverse properly. Meeting oncoming traffic in a narrow street is a serious challenge.
Don't like walking back and forth with your luggage and other belongings from the third floor down.

The advertisement was misleading. It said: “Appartement with Mountain view”. There was no mountain view!
The text and photos didn't reflect reality. The local team did nothing with our findings. They simply told us we were wrong. We left very disappointed after the first day! We eventually got a refund for the remaining days through Booking_com

The apartment was in an excellent location. The arrival instructions were easy to follow to allow for easy access after along journey.

The apartment has excellent views with Happy Rentals responding the same day when the microwave broke.

We are looking to return again next year.
