Love the product - looks so nice in my home. A little difficult to put together though.
The product has several defects they first send a breaker part to replace the broken one and the. The child seat does not lock and gives out with the infants weight leaving the child dangling other breakers are very hard to work with and either one side work and the other doesn’t It is not customer friendly and not safe

Ordered a Baby Playpen. It took 3.5 weeks to arrive even though it is supposed to be from the USA. When it finally arrived, it was It damaged. It is cheap quality. The mat doesn't fit into the playpen correctly. The mat is cheap plastic. And I really couldn't put into words how difficult it was to build. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

My second experience with this company was even better than the first. This time, my order was shipped from their New Jersey warehouse and arrived in just two days.

We bought the wooden playpen from HappyGira for our baby, and it has been great. We use it every single day. I appreciate how it can be made portable as well, since we prefer to put it away at night.
The company says they are US based but they ship from Singapore. We got the portable tandum strollers with the infant car seats and there are no bases for the carseats or even instructions on how to install the car seats into the car. I'm now worried about the safety of the car seats since when I reached out tot the company they said they don't even sell car seats separately anymore. The boxes were also completely beat up, with a huge hole in one of them. I realized after doing more digging just now that they are not approved by the BBB and have ALL 1 star reviews on there. I'm very disappointed with the dishonesty of this company and have no faith in the safety of their products now.

We keep finding small, loose plastic fragments coming off of the new baby playpen we just received, which is a choking hazard for our 6 mo LO. We clean and vacuum it daily as well and we still find loose hard plastic pieces shedding everywhere. Customer service was barely responsive and accountable and just responded with you should vacuum daily. Very disappointing and unacceptable accountability!

The playpen that was purchased has been great for our baby. It has given us that piece of mind when we have to do things around the house and keep our baby safe at the same time. When anything has broken with the item happygira support was quick to respond and sent the requested replacement parts as soon as possible. Very great services and item from this company!
Natural timber play pen was a great addition to my home! Have used it since my son was 6 months old. He is now 2 years old and still loving it!
Absolutely one of the worst online companies I have dealt with. To start, their website shows a US address. (Oregon I believe). Order a highchair that I needed in two weeks for my granddaughter's visit. It took almost 6 weeks for it to arrive.
In the meantime I had to purchase something else, so I contacted the company to initiate a return authorization as it was no longer needed.
They delayed responding numerous times only to finally tell me I needed to send and "unpackaging video" prior to getting return authorization. I relayed it was not even opened. Still they required me to video opening. I did and sent them the video.
Days later they responded with "it did not meet their return policy standards" and hence returning it was on me. They provided me with a mailing address...to Singapore and told me IF it arrived and met their standards (no damage, etc.) they would consider issuing me a refund. TOTAL SCAM of a company! Poor customer service and dishonest.

I had a disappointing experience with Happy Gira. I placed an order on July 13, 2025, and promptly contacted them to cancel it within minutes. To my surprise, on July 14, they sent me a fake shipping notification, claiming the order had already left the warehouse. The provided tracking information was useless, showing no updates whatsoever.
It's now been three weeks, and I still haven't received my items or any valid information regarding my order. Efforts to get a refund have been met with silence. This has been a frustrating and upsetting experience, leading me to conclude that Happy Gira is not a trustworthy company. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. Do not shop with them they are a scam company
Avoid this company at all costs. They have refused to send me return details for a refund so I have had to start a dispute with American Express to get my money back.
The product I ordered cannot be assembled as some of the parts do not fit. And yet the company will not process a return.
STAY AWAY OMG. my husband & I are learning everything the hard way. Please avoid this company at all costs. Takes over 30 days to deliver, the mat that goes inside the playpen is shown to be a thick mat for support well it’s about .0002 inches thick and feels like plush plastic NOT GOOD. Teething babies are strong my sons trying to bite chunks out, the pull up rings fly off when pulled on baby will just go flying backwards. With the mat being as soft as a hardwood floor it DOES NOT provide the comfort you want to have it you need to run to the bathroom or anything this playpen is just not it. You won’t even be able to stand beside it and do the dishes because it’s self destructive. Save your money, time, stress and go with ANYTHING ELSE. This playpen and mat should have been $60 not $200+. And as parents they know we will spend the money when it comes to the safety of our children. They are scamming parents
We’re so happy with this high chair! It’s well-made, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. Assembly was quick and easy, and it feels really safe for our little one. They seem super comfortable in it and actually enjoy sitting at the table with us now. It’s also really easy to clean, which is a huge bonus. Definitely worth the purchase — highly recommend to other parents looking for a reliable and stylish high chair!
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. It says they are from Oregon but really this company is based in Singapore. Something I only discovered after I placed my order, if you lie shoot that, I can’t imagine the products are actually non-toxic. I ordered a playpen, they emailed they no longer had that size but will send a different product. Obviously that’s not how things work. I don’t want a different product, I want a refund. They took my money and now I am disputing the charges. Avoid this company at all costs. There are Reddit threads about them if you do your research, I wish I had before I purchased.
Wow. I have never before faced such a psychotic company that tries their hardest to make it impossible to return their completely unused product within a week of receiving the item. I wanted to return the product because a feature I thought it had didn’t work as I thought — an unfortunate misunderstanding that could have been rectified if the return was processed without fuss.
Instead I was directed to send an unboxing video of the original opening of the package and in the same clip show a defect, as a defect is the only reason they will process a return. Yes, you read that right. They expect you to have filmed yourself opening the package and identifying a defect right away!!!! Thank HEAVENS my husband is weird enough that he did film himself unboxing it otherwise they wouldn’t not accept the return! I’m about to submit a return request for the third time with this video and I hope they don’t give me a bogus excuse again of why they won’t process it.

I received a baby gate from this company, and I read a lot of reviews on it and they all seemed very positive. Upon receipt and assembly it was basically falling apart with screws coming out the pieces that helped bend the sides were falling in half. I messaged them and asked for replacement parts and told them that they were screws coming out, which is a major choking hazard for a child and they seem to initially say they were gonna give me replacement pieces, which I was very happy with their quick and helpful response. I was then told that I needed to leave a five star review in order to receive replacement parts which felt unfair to every other person who ever wanted to purchase one of these in the future because it was a deceiving review morally I decided against doing this and have just thrown the gate out . before throwing it out there was a piece so sharp that had broken in half that it cut my daughter‘s face. I’m sure many of their products are good, but I felt that all of the reviews were deceiving and maybe it was because people were forced to leave in good responses in order to receive replacement parts I’m sorry to leave such a poor review. I’m usually not wanting to do this, but because it was the safety of my child and rather than being commercial and giving me replacement parts, they asked me to leave a deceiving review which I’ve decided against. I do not recommend this product.
